Severely unimpressed. Before I even met her she had insisted on seeing my bank accounts and…read morefinancial records to verify I could "afford" a fairly cheap home and have me sign a commitment to her -- again, before we'd even met. She then tried to tie me to a contract and an artificially high mortgage rate so that she could get a kick-back from the lender. Sleazy. In real estate, the funny thing is, the good people do a lot of volume. And because they do a lot of volume, they do not feel the need to try and scheme your contracts or send you to "her preferred lender" (how laughable from a do nothing broker) for an extra $500. So people that do not do much volume, but may have "experience" as they are not young have it implied they are likely average at best and may behave badly. Look elsewhere as relationships drive real estate, and you should have someone trustworthy.

While to be fair to the previous realtor, who was diligent and helpful, the listing price now was lower. However, the real difference is not the price, but the fact that: (1) Before taking the listing photos, Kristi proposed the improvements needed to improve the curb appeal, when the previous realtor did not do so after 9 months (2) Kristi set up virtual staging so that the house looked marvelous like a designer house in the listing, instead of a vacant home with huge blank spaces that people didn't know what they're for (3) Kristi promoted the listing through online marketing to generate more buyer interests, when none of the realtors that I've worked with before ever did that. Moreover, from day one Kristi was extremely responsive and always kept me up to date on the process together with the help of her assistant, which was reassuring for a remote seller like myself. She was also very supportive and never gave me any pressure during the negotiation process with the buyer, which allowed me to negotiate the terms and make the decision that I was comfortable with. I was glad that I chose Kristi based on the great yelp reviews here and I'd wholeheartedly recommend her if you are looking for a great realtor!

When we interviewed Kristi, she came prepared, was very professional and had a very specific plan on how to sell our house quickly and at the best asking price, not too high and not too low, the perfect sweet spot. Kristi was very involved when the photographer came out to take pictures of the property and brought her marketing staff with her. She had recently had knee surgery and had a leg brace and crutches but was still moving things around the house...now that's commitment! Well, the pictures and pricing strategy worked great, because we quickly had several offers and one over asking! Kristi is all about communication and constantly texts and emails. She also has an excellent team and Deb, the Client Care Coordinator, is someone that we worked with a lot to get questions answered. Deb made an electronic Timeline that was emailed daily and kept us updated to the status of the sale. They are super organized, professional and wonderful to work with and we highly recommend them. Give Kristi a call...you won't regret it! Thank you, Kristi and team, for all you did! If you like someone who will work every angle to your benefit, Sally might be a good fit for you!…read more Not only did I use Sally when I moved from Utah to Texas 4.5 years ago. I used her again to sell my current home and buy the next one. So this review is X3 the value IMO! Look, I don't know why Sally said yes to us this 2nd time around because the first time we used her probably gave her some gray hairs. When we first moved to TX, my financing was delayed and we were about to lose the contract while I was in the middle of Albuquerque moving my family. Sally stepped up her game and kept the house under contract while we waited for the financing to finalize. She even got us into the house as renters in the meantime so we weren't homeless. This was an extremely difficult challenge for us and Sally really came through even though it was no where near easy. Now my 2nd experience came to a close just a few weeks ago. The buyers of my home got cold feet and pretty much backed out on the day of closing. As you could imagine, we were packed up and ready to close on our new home. Devastated, we contemplated not moving at all because of hardship this was placing on our family. Sally and her Broker Courtney jumped right it, rolled their sleeves up and got into the mud with the buyers and their agent. In the end, we closed 2 days late, but they got they deal to go through! I cannot tell you how many late night emails she answered for me, how many times we discussed strategy and how many times she came through on so many points of what we needed in our contract to buy and sell our home. Would I use her again? Absolutely. Would I recommend her to anyone? Based on her saving my bacon twice, YES!
