I was visiting my friend in Beaumont and we thought to stop by for an early dinner because I have a long drive home. Saw this Kikko Ramen & Poké restaurant from H-E-B across the street. We both liked the service. Waitress was very attentive. Food was good for my friend. He ordered Curry Ramen not spicy. It was odd to me to hear curry ramen was spicy. Curry is a type of spice. But never spicy in Japanese cuisine. Somehow, I wanted to try "spicy" Curry Ramen and I chose chicken. The ramen noodles were cooked to perfection. But the broth was not so good to my usual taste buds. The toasted chili oil killed the savory curry flavor. I suddenly smell rancid from somewhere. Not if it was the oil or the table. The chicken pieces in my ramen were sliced breast meat with no flavor. It was tender but tasteless. Sorry for being critical. It's not my cup of tea.

When me and my boyfriend came here for dinner, we ordered Takoyaki and two bowls of ramen. The Takoyaki came out first and it tasted delicious. There was a good amount of toppings on it. However, that would be the only good experience we have here. I ordered Tan Tan Ramen (a broth-less ramen) and my boyfriend got the Kikko Special Ramen. They had put broth on my noodles and I asked them if they got the order right. They said yes. The Tan Tan noodles were salty as hell. It tasted as if I got a spoon full of ocean water. I couldn't finish my meal. The meat was just overcooked ground pork. My boyfriend's bowl was pretty bland. I could still taste the salt, unless that was just the aftermath of my bowl. The pork tasted like it was in the freezer for an extremely long time. It had that freezer air taste. I wouldn't come here for the ramen again, but I have returned for the Takoyaki.

the food was AMAZING, definitely a 10/10. The mochi ice cream was the best part. The customer service was amazing, the lady who served us was super kind. 10/10 all around I will definitely be coming back here.

It's a lot of food and it was ready very fast but the taste is bland. I tried a poke bowl and the chicken tonkatsu.

Miso soup was nice and warm!! It was rainy and cold outside so it was perfect!!

Hold up!! This place is good!! If you're looking for a fresh bowl with fresh ingredients, go to Kiki!! Crab puffs are delicious!! Bowls are awesome! The chopped jalapeños are the freshest with the hint of heat and crisp bite! I love the crab salad and creamy sauces on top! Fried rice is good and so is the soup!! Can't wait to try something new there!!

Kikko was okay. When I walked in it felt incredibly musty. I ordered a poke bowl to go and they were super slow to make it. Turned out they were out of cucumbers and instead of telling me they just stood there. I asked if there was something wrong and that's when they told me they ran out of cucumbers. I asked if it was okay to substitute with more edamame and they said it would work. I also asked for light wasabi so they gave me wasabi in the side and forgot to give it to me. The poke bowl tasted great. They did lather it in sauce, more than I preferred, but it was still good!

Their poke tasted very good! The price is also good for the amount of fish and sides that it comes with. I like that they also have other options. Overall a good experience and will come back!

Each table has two grills so unless you have a large party, you will sit near another group but they tables are incredibly long so you don't feel like you're right next to them. For our appetizer we had their bumpkins and Bulgogi pancakes. Our waitress Stephanie (who is absolutely AMAZING by the way) recommended the pancakes. Eager to see exactly what they were, we ordered them. They were almost like a Korean pizza and I could've eaten them all day every day. For our main dish, I had the fried rice and my husband had the cheesesteak. The fried rice is packed with flavor, it was so hard to not finish the entire bowl because it was so delicious. My cheesesteak was filled with meat and the bread is soft with a buttery finish. If you're in the mood for a sandwich, 10/10 recommend. To end the night we tried their flight of soju, it was hard to pick a favorite but my top four were: grapefruit, lemon, strawberry and mango. Overall, great environment, great service, and great food!

I travel all over the country for my job been to every state multiple times I try to sample sushi everywhere I go except for areas far away from the ocean. This place is definitely not traditional Japanese but more of an American lounge fusion but it works. The people very nice and friendly and talkative but the food was what was amazing. I usually go straight for sashimi maybe a sushi roll and forget about all the fixings. But at this place even the salad and the soup that always comes with the sushi dinner was out of this world! It was all I could do to finish my dinner. Not sure the next time I'll be in Port author Texas but when I am I will definitely come back here.

We ordered everything at once and it came out almost immediately, which was honestly confusing I thought the server had brought another table's food. The main reason I'm giving it three stars is that you do get what you pay for. On the positive side, our server was very kind and attentive, which I genuinely appreciated.

This place continues to be my family's top hot pot spot, even after going to many locations in the greater Houston area simply due to the soup bases being so incredibly strong and the selection of ingredients always being top notch. The only things I have food-wise about this place are the following: 1. I think the meat selection is often inconsistent. Sometimes I will order the number 3 and 4 and it'll be really good, and other times it will be hard to eat. 2. I think that the noodle selection is missing like a handmade and hand pulled noodle. The closest thing currently is the lo mein, which I really like, but I'm still wanting more options. 3. Often, the sauce stations will have some empty bottles on the side, which is often inconvenient since I tend to add most if not all to my sauce. Other than that, the service this time was much better and much more on top of it. I will most definitely head back here again and again. Like I said in the beginning, WE ARE SO BACK!

I did try all of the meats and it was a lot of food but every cut was great! Nice open restaurant with plenty of seating and arranged so you feel as if you have your own space. The only reason I dropped it by a star was that there was only one person waiting on a large portion of the guests. She really tried hard and this is not a knock on her. But even though it was a slow night she struggled to keep up at times. I would have given it 4.5 if I had the choice.
