One of the better Latinos to make ribs the rice is pretty good. The staff professional could work on people skills but overall OK.

Was in the area on a business trip and came to this place for a quick bite. Ordered the quarter chicken with cilantro rice. The chicken was so delicious and juicy that I picked the bones clean...or i was just hungry. The rice was seasoned well but a bit too dry for me. They have seating but it's barricaded off so people cannot just walk to that area. You have to tell them you are dining in go back there. Place is cash only. While this place was next to all these government buildings, it did not appear to be that safe. There seems to be a lot of different food options around but I'm pretty content with the food I got. read more

Love the food there, it's sooo good. Especially that hot sauce. They bring your food in a decent amount of time.

I didn't think the food was bad but it wasn't something that made me feel like I'd come again. The chicken was good (6.5/10) but the fried rice (3/10) was more soft/mushy than you'd normally find. It's like left it in the water too long. 3 stars for this place is appropriate for just the taste. But it's convenient for people on the go. read more

The place has good food. But if you order at the restaurant they tell you 40 minutes for one chicken ribs and rice. Also when you try calling ahead they don't answer. All you get is a busy signal. And if you happen to catch a ring there is no answer. I have calls over 65 times and all I get is a busy signal. The food is good but they definitely have to get a better phone system. read more

Cash only. It's all the way down on market street near memorial drive. Parking may be an issue, They are usually very busy on weekend. So call ahead for you pickup orders. They serve very juicy and flavorful chicken. The sauce has a nice kick of spice. Thye know to give me extra sauce to dunk my fried yuka. The fried plantains are very good as well. They always fry the very ripe ones. The best thing they serve are the bbq ribs. They are plain and simple but with the sauce its the best thing out of their oven. I never dine in because the area is rough. I always get take out so i can enjoy it with my house salad and white or home style fried rice. read more

Best. Chicken. Ever! Service is decent but it's really all about the chicken. Always order take out!

Llego a las 12 hora q abren espero 1/2 hora para darles un chance me gasto todas las quarters y me dicen q el pollo está listo en mas de media hora, no tienen noción de un negocio, ni más. read more

It's always the hood spots that have the best food. It's not the typical peruvian spot that I'm used to like Pio Pio or Don Pollo. No green sauce here but theres 2 other kinds that are good. We ordered Papa la huancaina and half chicken with garden rice and inca cola to share. It came up to $16 and change. Order took about 10 mins to be ready and they brought it to our table. This place is simple, no decor, just some tables and chairs in the back. regular disposable plate on a tray full of delicious food. The chicken is juicy and done just right and the garden rice has great flavor. I dont even like corn and peas but it was great and I ate every last grain. It was my first time having papa la huancaina (finally) and it was awesome, whatever that yellow sauce was, its good. I do wish that there was another egg in it though. Definitely going back here or to one of their other locations, next up...chicken, ribs and pork fried rice! read more

Kikiriki - Papa huancaina (don't remember the proper name) and quarter chicken with garden rice - Latin American Near Me - Paterson, New Jersey

Quick. Cheap. Tasty. 1) Amazing Peruvian food. 2) The chicken and ribs combo with garden rice was excellent. 3) The price is very reasonable, my combo was under 10 bucks. 4) Try the Inca Cola. read more

Kikiriki - Chicken and ribs combo with garden rice and Inca cola. Amazing! - Latin American Near Me - Paterson, New Jersey

It was disgusting to see the manager berating an employee for waiting by the phone. With so many customers waiting the kitchen staff wouldn't do anything unless they were ordered to do so. It was ridiculous to wait 15 minutes for a bowl of soup. Their garden rice is very bland with barely any vegetables and the soup was watery. They are seriously slacking. Won't waste my time going there. read more

Kikiriki - Garden rice barely had vegetables ($2.49 for 1 scoop) - Latin American Near Me - Paterson, New Jersey

The chicken is the best in town period , great food for a great price , literally can eat from the everyday 10/10

Great food, but it took me 17 minutes JUST to get through to place an order through telephone. I completely understand that they're a small, thriving business but they should have at least one employee in charge of handling phone orders. read more

Kikiriki is an AMAZING franchise. The food quality and bang for the buck are out of this world. The Chicken is easily some of the BEST rotisserie chicken I've ever had the only Chicken I can think of that better than this is Dino's Chicken in East LA and thats not Rotissere so lets give Kikiriki the title of BEST ROTISSERE I HAVE EVER HAD! Its realitvely fats too Now with that out of the way the drawbacks : Basically its the dinginess and cleanliness isn't always the best and the fact that its impossible to find parking. But I'm not going to ding the owners for that I know very well what its like to own a restaurant without parking. The West New York Location is a little cleaner inside but the chicken quality is identical and in this case thats a VERY good thing. HIGHLY RECOMMEDED Best food on Market Street BY FAR! read more

I have been to this place several times. Usually get BBQ ribs and fried yuca. The ribs are good, but not for everyone. They're rotisserie ribs, the sinew in the meat is not completely cooked through. The barbecue ribs tend to have a lot of grizzle and fatty. For some folks that's a big turn off. But I am a Caribbean child and I'm not afraid of bones or grizzle. Their barbecue is very flavorful, it's a lightly flavored barbecue. Which I like, I would give them a for if they would use better quality meat. But the Flavor is great. read more

I just returned from a month long trip to Peru and while in Lima all i saw were rotisserie chicken like this place. I come to this place so much that i searched for chicken in Peru that tasted like kikiriki. Thats how good this place is. Imagine, im sitting in a place in lima saying hmmmn taste sorta like kikiriki LOL. If you venture into Paterson, check this hole in the wall place out for some good pollo la brassa, their peruvian/chinese food (its really a thing) and some yummy fried yuca. -1 star for "decor". read more

They have the best chicken and their sauce is so good with French fries I have never tried anything else but that

This place is not anything fancy, but they make the BEST rotisserie chicken. The owners at this location are very nice too. We have been going to this place for 20 years. We usually get the chicken with the pork fried Rice. They make this special hot sauce that tastes so good. This is one of the best Peruvian restaurants I have been to. I wish I still lived in Jersey because I miss the food and the sauce. Connecticut Peruvian food is not this good and no one in Connecticut serves the same sauce. They also Have locations in Union City, West New York and Jersey City. I have had the pleasure of visiting all 4 locations. My mouth is watering as I am writing the review. They also do take out. They only take cash. read more

I've been coming to this Kikiriki for YEARS and it never disappointed me. The chicken and rib combo is really good and for the price you really can't beat it. The sauce they give you with chicken or ribs is amazing. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because they need to fix the decor in restaurant. Pros + Great Food + Great Sauce + Authentic Pollo La Brasa + Good Chicha Morada Cons - The Resturant needs to look better - Food is not consistently good at jts other locations read more

My star ratings are based only on food quality. Food: Best rotisserie chicken, bbq ribs, and special spicy brownish sauce. The combination is unparalleled. Seriously. I live far away, and still make a trip every once and a while. Its one of those things that I get my bro to try, and he says no, but then he tries, and then he doesn't come up for air for a while. Chicken is tender and tasty, ribs are tasty and slightly charred, spicy sauce is savory and complex (and a mystery of elements) and only a little spicy, but in a way that the heat builds up if you eat a lot of it quickly. So good. I often get a whole chicken and 2 large orders of ribs and take it home to have for the week (and extra sauce). Other: Cash only. Bring your spanish tongue with you, although you could just get by in english too. No frills. Barely clean enough to eat in. Lots of dining space. Sometimes ribs are chopped a bit haphazardly, but it doesnt matter in the end, cause your fingers are covered in sauce. read more

Food is OK, I won't lie, their salsa picante is really really good but they are cheap about giving it out. They will give you one or two little cups when you really need four! Customer service is really lacking - like we should be REALLY pleased that they are making food for us lowly folks. And the worst is that the outside is always cluttered with drifters and bums and smells of urine. Hard to get past that and still have an appetite. I work in the area, so I go more than I like just for the salsa but having to beg for one more cup is getting old. It is not worth it!! read more

Best chicken in town. And best peruvian food I had ever taste. Is so damn good that this place gets packed often. But is the best no doubt.

The food is great! The prices are good. The best part...THE GREEN SAUCE..OMG!! I wish they delivered. Then, maybe I would order more often. The location is convenient though. read more

This place Has been here for many years as I've lived in downtown since 1999 I used to frequent this place a lot, and then I just stopped going for no real reason I just hadn't been here in years. Today I stopped by because I remember I used to really love the Garden Rice and I hadn't had it in years so I decided to get a little combo. Now I'd be lying if I didn't say that I was annoyed at first because after waiting on line for 10-15 minutes I get to the counter and they said there's no more chicken or ribs left for another 40 minutes. But being I live close by I said OK I'll come back and I'm glad I did. One of the things that I noticed is that they are constantly very busy there's always a line almost out the door so that tells me that all The food I'm getting is probably pretty fresh and it was. I got a chicken and rib combo and it was delicious it came with Garden Rice, and their hot sauce is so delicious. Also I didn't have that many pieces of chicken but there was a lot of ribs in it but I appreciated it anyway because they were both very good and cooked perfectly , I also got an order of papa Huancaina and to be honest I wasn't expecting much but it was actually pretty good it could've used a little more sauce for my taste but it still was good and worth the money. Def something to try for sure . read more

Garden rice lacks flavour. Their chicken and ribs, however are incredibly delicious! Friendly service. I've eaten there 3 times already and plan to do so again (and maybe try out more flavorful sides). read more

A big complaint is that their phone number doesn't seem to ever work- always busy (off the hook) or ring and rings and nobody ever answers. You can not call for takeouts. Please fix that! read more

The chicken is delicious, and the chaufa rice is really good, but most of all the sauce is too die for. Awesome

Love this place.... Been going there for years. Too bad I live near In Nutley now. Im surprised one of these hasn't been opened in Passaic. The chicken is great. The rice awesome. Their brown aji sauce I can use a gallon of. And their maduros are by far the best ever. No one around has maduros like them. Those are the softest maduros ever. How they get them that soft? Damn. Hurry and open one in Passaic. Anyone know how they make those maduros so soft???? read more

Every time I order from here I get the bbq ribs and the arroz chaufa. Sooooooo good. The red sauce is what brings it home though. You have to pay extra for more of it but it's definitely worth it. Not a good spot to dine in but great to take out. read more

its okay. i never tried thier chaufa. Pollo a la brasa is a bit different than the usual. No green sauce but thier brown sauce is pretty good too read more

Love their chicken with fries and that spicy sauce that comes with it omg! I wish they delivered!

Chicken is moist and good. Parking is a pain. The prices are very cheap. I recommend the chicken and rib combo with rice.

Great quality food inexpensive price, everything is delicious. You get a good size platter for about $10 you can't beat that. If you do go call ahead for your order as its on the street parking and its in downtown Paterson where parking is like hitting the lotto. The ribs are my favorite with French fries!! read more

Best lunch spot in Paterson. Try the 2 piece with fried rice. Use the hot mustard on the rice and chicken it does not have a mustard flavor. read more

My job got me hooked on all that is Kikiriki, I am in absolute love with their Aji sauce. It is like crack when mixed with their noodle dish. They make amazing fried rice that is just a perfect combination with their ribs. Price is absolutely phenomenal for the great tasting food that they have. Give any of the Kikiriki's a try, definitely worth a try. read more

This is a guilty pleasure for me! Rotisserie chicken juicy with skin and fat, charbroiled rack of rib tips over a moist garden rice and a side for gooey platano maduros with a good spicy sauce. Does not help me get back into shape (more like take naps and wake up with the runs). Its awesome! read more

The prices were good. I ordered white rice, red beans, Chinese rice, whole chicken, ribs and fries. I would say everything was delicious with the exception of the red beans. They were very "watery" and had little to no flavor. I'm not sure if that's the traditional way they make it or they just do a bad job with the beans. In fact, that's why we got the chinese rice which was actually very good. Some of the people that work there are a little slow, I had to tell a lady the order like 4 times and she still didn't get everything. lol it's still a good place to swing by for a meal. read more

Pretty good pollo and arroz Chaufa! Fast service, we went in with a group of nine people and ordered and where served in about 15 minutes!

Best ribs and the sauce is so good. This place is a gem. Go on a Sunday because parking is hard to find. There is a pay parking a few blocks away. Order their combos they are very affordable and the service is friendly. read more

Great food reasonable prices. Lady named it after her daughter Kiki. Japanese owners speak Spanish and make some banging ribs and chicken with rice. Leave extra time because the place is always packed. read more
