And none of my doctors charge for a late fee as she compared her business to a doctors office. I work for one. We do not charge. I try to support black owned businesses and this is what I get. I will not be returning to this place of business. When I told her this she said she didn't care and that was my option. Customer service was awful!!! Not only the owner but the receptionist. The reception area was not clean and smelled horrible. Kendra the actual groomer is great. Very personable. She did an excellent job! But I won't be subjected to this treatment and will not be returning.
