I was in a car…read moreaccident 9 months ago and completed an entire treatment plan of chiropractic adjustments at a different practice until they said I was on "maintenance" even though I was still having severe neck pain, fatigue and numbness on left side of my face with headaches. I did a treatment plan of Physical therapy which helped some, but still did not resolve all of my symptoms. I was at my wits end when I called and scheduled with McAlpine chiro. For the first time since my accident, I finally felt heard and could sense his genuine compassion and eagerness to want to help me. After the first two adjustments I already had relief from the pain that I had for 8 months. Soon my mood improved, my extreme fatigue started to go away, and the pain was minimal. For 8 months my whole life was on pause. I was a completely different person. Once I went to McAlpine Chiro, I started making plans for activities with my family again! After x-rays, an assessment of my pain areas, he completely explained what he needed to do to help me. He is a good listener and takes his time with patients, giving them individual care with no rushed feeling. After a few treatments, I'm happy to report, I'm in good shape. After going to a general doctor who wanted x-rays, CAT scans, MRIs, and all of the other tests my stepmom suggested I see a chiropractor before all the tests. It turns out I was getting the headaches from not eating enough protein. They saved me hours of tests and lots of money by figuring that out. I normally go to Dr Eric, but have also seen Dr Vince as well. They have fixed rolled ankles, dislocated joints, horrible alignment issues... I go to them for just about every ailment. It's also so nice that they don't follow the treatment philosophy some chiropractors do where they want you to come in 3 times a week for an extended period of time, then twice a week after that. They tailor the treatment to what you actually need, and don't try to make you come in more than necessary. I recommend them to everyone who wants or needs a chiropractor!
