After explaining My issue the genius produced An E.N.T surgical light and showed Me the broken dock port. After the diagnosis I asked what Alternatives I had. He exclaimed NO REPAIR POSSIBLE, DATA LOST and BUY A NEW IPHONE 7. I asked, ARE YOU SURE? He Said YES IT WOULD BE 349 TO PURCHASE. Devastated I left And declined his advice. Upon returning home I did a simple Internet search for the truth.
