It's located in the basement - the dumb bells go up to 100 lbs which is wonderful, there are two squat racks, two cable machines and some other targeted muscle group machines. If you are looking for a slightly better experience than a hotel gym, this is perfect - if you're looking to get an intense-varied workout ... try somewhere else? Overall it was clean, quiet, and fine for a single session.

Especially to be working in this capacity with children and the community, it's very unfortunate for Aspen. Because of her unkindness, it makes me not want to bring my children here to play. Very sad situation. However, Mrs. Heather who instructs the gymnastics times M-T, SHE IS INCREDIBLE! She is so wonderful with the children, parents, and EVERYONE! We LOVE HER!

They've since moved that service to the "red brick" facility in the middle of town, but they cut it off at 3:00 p.m. After I made a mad dash across the pass and down 82 to get there in time, I arrived at 3:06. I asked the elderly gentleman at the desk if I could just jump in and out really quickly, as I was only 6 minutes past the deadline. "Well, the rules are the rules". Please??? "You know, we've got other things going on..." Me looking around at the empty space. "Huh?" Lame. Unhelpful. Would not recommend.

Up for an adventure? These are the guys to go to in Aspen. We did a half day of ice climbing; a…read morestrenuous but exhilarating experience. The ice waterfall you climb is about a 20 minute hike into a park. You do need to carry some gear and the fresh snow made the élan a little tough, but the terrain was flat. Our guide then secured the belay line and showed us how to ice climb. My wife and I have no experience and low to moderate athletic abilities (we are not rock climbers). Swinging that ice tool into the ice and starting your climb is a rush, but pace yourself. It is a difficult climb to the top. Highly recommend the experience. Average athletic ability recommended.

my class went here for a class trip in grade 5 (im in grade 7 now)and this is the worst camp i have…read moreever been to first of all the food there is trash and they dont have a variety to pick from.Im not being picky but the only give you one thing to eat there for a meal and they dont give out snacks.and the soup there is just boiling water with veggies like sis im pre sure thats not soup.that like mud with veggies in it like hun thats not soup.now the worst thing of all the bedrooms.there were bugs everywhere i had to sleep in my sleeping bag and zip it all the way so no bug gets in my hair or mouth.and the showers are filthyyyyy.overall if your planning on coming here please dont for your own good.

My son loves Earth Keepers camp. He says it was his favorite camp "EVER!" He really enjoyed…read morewalking the alpacas and getting to spend some time every day with the other animals. But what he really loved was the foraging. He learned to identify various local edible wild plants, like Wild Cucumber, and he looks for them every time we go hiking. I love how much he learned about plants and vegetables. It seems they did a little foraging whenever they went anywhere - for Alpaca Camp or Raising Baby Chicks camp. He learned how to make a cabbage burrito one day - wrap a piece of fresh picked cabbage around whatever else is ripe in the Aspen TREE garden, tie it with a long chive or green onion, and eat! He asked for those for lunch for months. He is now willing to try every kind of vegetable and loves to just wander through the garden trying things. This is such a warm and inviting camp, the counselors know so much about our local environment and have so much enthusiasm for sharing it all with the kids. Plus it's a little bit of everything - learning, eating, playing outside, making art, snuggling cute animals - what more could you ask for!?!

It's a nice walk around, right in the town of Aspen. Kid friendly dog friendly but not wheelchair accessible, it was a rocky path with some stones crossing little streams. If you're in Aspen you should definitely check it out !

I could've sat and admired the landscape of this place forever. Wildflowers, and natives, gentle water and little animals about. 10/10 explore if you visit. Bonus if you're the type of person to pull out Zillow and see what some of these places backed against the sanctuary go for. (Seems fair to me!)
