It's a difficult decision sending your infant to daycare but Coddled Care gave me peace of mind and made the transition very easy. We'll always remember our time at Coddled fondly and I would highly recommend the school to any parent looking for care for their infant or toddler!

We were honestly nervous about sending our son for the first day but NEA was amazing about preparing both our son and us for this transition in life. He loves his teachers and will frequently talk about them when he gets home. He is so excited every morning to get ready for school. Even during challenging times like sickness or death in the family, NEA has always been accommodating and supportive. We highly recommend checking out NEA.

Our toddler comes home with so much artwork and now that he's moved up a class, so many learning activities too. They seem to balance play and learning well here, and share insights often: each day we get a report that summarizes the day's activities, and at the end of the week we get a classroom newsletter that covers more specifics about the theme/focuses, overall facility updates, and additional pictures. They also share photos and videos of the class goings-on a few times a week. They take the time to speak with you about any incidents that arise, and the actions they take to help the kids works through them. Ms. Jasmine, the director, is responsive and lovely to work with. Everyone we've met there genuinely seems to care about kids. The facility is nice inside with a cute, homey aesthetic, and has a big attached outdoor playground and smaller indoor playground. The food they serve the kids is pretty healthy overall and the meals are home-made onsite. The biggest thing we had to get used to is the at-the-door dropoffs and pickups, which I believe is a safety measure. It was jarring at first, but now I think it's nice that the process is so swift and it gives you a chance to chat with other waiting parents. And to top it off, it's right across the street from a library. This place is truly a gem!

We also moved homes, necessitating a change. With this context, I can confidently say that Twinkling Stars is a truly wonderful daycare / pre-school. The faculty are well trained, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They are extremely organized and well structured. Their communication is proactive, and they are quick to respond when needed. There is a real curriculum, sent via email and posted in the brightwheel app, so you can see what your children are learning, and they do a great job of sharing photos and videos so you can get a glimpse of what the kids are doing during the day. The food menus are thoughtfully built and healthy, being mindful of allergies. Kids get a good mix of active free play time, as well as structured activity time. Our son's teachers have been very helpful and attentive to his specific needs when it came time to potty train, and when he progressed through other developmental milestones. I can't speak highly enough of Twinkling Stars and recommend it to anyone with young children!

Her previous schools held all her little best-friends, her comfortable grounds and beloved teachers. So you can imagine my anxieties of switching school on my daughter; will she miss her friends, acclimate well to her new surroundings and many other sleep depriving thoughts. Her first day came and she quickly pushed me out the door so she could "check-in" and play in her "kitchen loft." The next morning (and for an entire month each morning) she would wake up and her first words out of her mouth, "Mommy, could you take me to my new school...the one we walk to?" She absolutely loves her new school, her new teachers Ms Pam and Ms Jenny. And I LOVE the program. First, being in the food industry, I know how important nutrition is for young kids, the menu is extremely healthy. The lesson plan is extremely important and her teachers do an outstanding job with each children at each skill-level with monthly field trips, art, music and Spanish classes! We also live in the neighborhood, when friends and family visit us at our home, we go to Fellger Park and she takes them to "look at her school." She is extremely proud of her school and so are we.

Once we started at Kids' Work, we realized what we'd been missing. The staff is incredible. Every person we've met has been friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely seems happy to be there. You can tell management supports their team because the teachers never seem stressed or burned out. It's comforting to know that positive energy trickles down to the kids too. Our son is always so excited to see his teachers and classmates. Every one of his teachers has been warm and knowledgeable--the kind of people who truly love working with children. Leidy, Dina, and Desire were wonderful in the infant room, and he absolutely adores his current toddler teachers, Sydney, Monica, and Ana. He talks about them constantly. We get consistent, clear communication from his teachers about everything that happens in the classroom. They sincerely celebrate milestones with us, and whenever we face challenges, they are quick to ask questions, troubleshoot, and share tips as appropriate. The curriculum is excellent. Music and Spanish teachers come into the classroom weekly, and every day is full of creative projects and plenty of outside time. The facilities are always clean, organized, and filled with high-quality toys. The admin team has also been incredibly helpful whenever we've had questions or concerns. For example, when we were worried about our son's transition to the toddler room, Lindsey took time to reassure us and share resources to make sure he was ready. Their advice was spot on--he thrived in the new environment immediately. Last but absolutely not least, the level of organization at Kids' Work is impressive. Everything from sick policies to daily classroom schedules is well thought out, clearly communicated, and consistent. Nothing slips through the cracks with this team--and everyone is safer, healthier, and more sane because of it. We feel lucky to have found this place. It's not the cheapest option, but if you're looking for a daycare that genuinely goes the extra mile, this is the one.

We had high hopes for Little Fox Day School and truly appreciated many of the teachers, especially…read morethose in the Rainbow Room, who were wonderful with our boys. Unfortunately, after they transitioned to the next classroom our experience changed. Communication from staff and administration was unclear, and when we raised concerns we dismissed or met with immediate hostility and aggression. One staff member, Vanessa, was particularly difficult to work with. On multiple occasions, she crossed the line by criticizing our parenting choices and giving unsolicited advice based on very outdated approaches to childcare. Our interactions with her were highly unprofessional. One troubling incident was when we brought our child in wearing a size 6 diaper (he usually wears size 4 and that was what was stocked there), and noticed he came home in that same, very wet, size 6 diaper, despite the daily notes indicating two diaper changes. When we raised the issue, staff denied it, asserting that they have never made this kind of mistake ever. This was one of several issues that led to our decision to leave. Prospective families should ask about communication protocols and how administration handles concerns when touring. Of note, the administrator lives in Florida, and is not present. We received one phone call from her that was combative from the start and made the situation worse.

The teachers are really loving and patient, especially in the infant room. My baby is in the classroom all the way in the back, and I actually love walking through the building every morning. It's so sweet to see what the older kids are working on and how each teacher interacts with their class, it always makes me smile. They also use an app called Procare, which has been super helpful. It tracks when I check my baby in and out and I get updates throughout the day with pictures (I always download them!), nap times, feedings, diaper changes, even bowel movements. It makes me feel at ease knowing exactly what's going on. Another thing that's been amazing is how much they've helped with sleep. Before starting at Little Fox, my baby was still sleeping in my bed and it took months to even try the crib. Now he's totally comfortable in his crib. I know it's because the teachers are so gentle. they hold the babies until they're calm or asleep. Overall, I've always felt like my kids were in good hands here. The school feels warm, the staff is kind, and I've had nothing but positive experiences.
