I did so.They then said that those were not the UGG slippers that I purchased from them, stating that it had "significant" wear and tear. They were accusing me of lying, then denied that they ever said that when I have the transcripts of all of our written communication. THEN they said that they only accepted returns for new and unused products. This shoe is clearly defective. They don't care. BEWARE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It's especially extremely difficult to get around the store if you have a stroller or are in a wheelchair. Shopping here in the summer time is the worst because of the lack of air...this location doesn't have an A.C. not quite sure that they even have a fan! The service here is very slow, I came in to make a return and it took forever just to get to the counter. Their website…read moreshows all sizes of a product are available, that you can add them to your cart, and then allows you to purchase them. Days later they say your sizes are out of stock. You call them and they have other sizes available, but their website still says ALL sizes are available! They suggest you go on line and make a new order. You are still confused as to what sizes are available. They still want to charge you more shipping to order the new sizes and will not apply promos you used in the original order. Then they want you to find new promos yourself online and call them again to apply the promos and match them to sizes available, even though it says all sizes are available. You can waste hours with these people. Again, worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
