The teachers are so warm and friendly, and my son is so excited to get to day care in the morning. All of the staff members are very communicative, and Miss Jackie at the front office made sure to call my wife the first couple of days with updates because she had been so nervous about our son's transition. This is a wonderful center and they really make you feel like family.

They were always doing fun activities and lessons. When I was out of work early and went to get them early, they didn't want to leave! Miss Debbie in the toddler room pretty much potty trained both my boys, as it wasn't happening well at home! They both LOVED the preschool room teacher. I felt that my older son was very well prepared for Kindergarten and I know my youngest will be as well.

She had a tough start, but the teachers were patient and kind and helped her adjust. It wasn't very long before she would light up when she saw them. It was my first experience with daycare as well and everyone was very supportive, answering any questions I had, making recommendations for my daughter based on what they had seen and their experience; it really helped to calm my anxiety. I have always felt that she is safe and well cared for there. She has grown immensely in her time there and I truly believe it is because of the effort of the teachers. We get weekly lesson plans and daily updates of what they're doing and how it contributes to her growth. We had our first parent teacher conference and the teacher showed up prepared with observations and opportunities for my daughter. You can tell they care about the kids and their growth. I really feel as though the teachers are a part of my team and I don't think my daughter would have grown as much as she has without them. I would recommend Tutor Time to anyone who is looking for a safe, fun, welcoming environment for their child.

Let me tell you that our daughter learned so much from the wonderful teachers. Everyday she shares something new she has learned. It feels like a true family. It is so easy every day dropping her off at school. I genuinely trust every single teacher and director. They communicate throughout the day and I love that I know she is learning, happy and safe. Ashley goes over and beyond with the Pre-K kids. She truly has a heart of gold. She cares for the children and you can see that teaching is her passion. Lee and Mady are so helpful and are always there to answer questions. Jess really holds the fort down! She is so great with the children and communicating with parents. We can't say enough good things about Tutor Time and the teachers!

The teachers have been wonderful, only downside is that two of her teachers have turned over, but the new teachers they've brought in are great replacements. Primrose has very high standards for their teachers, which we appreciate. We also like the philosophy of balanced learning, and a structured daily schedule. We're confident our daughter will be well prepared for kindergarten thanks to the learning plans and environment Primrose creates. Additionally, the building and classrooms are very clean (I toured other places that were not as impressive). We also love that Primrose provides lunch and snacks! Not having to prepare food in the morning or night before is a fantastic perk.

We did not get the state required incident reports when it allegedly happened. They assured us they were working with her but I can't see how that was true - or maybe it was just incompetence. I walked in on a Tuesday to pick her up and was told it was her last day despite being told we would get "as much time as we needed" for notice to find somewhere else if it got to that point. They couldn't even tell us to our faces what they were doing. She almost immediately stopped biting upon starting at another local school. This place has a fair amount of turnover in staff, many of whom have minimal experience in child care relative to the other comparable local schools. I have a lot of other things I could say about this place but simply put - I don't recommend it.

Mrs. Kali is one of my favorites she is understanding, caring and she started out as a teacher. All three of my children attended Kindercare at an early age. I also enjoy that they send you pictures of your children throughout the day and a daily recap of activities including what they are eating and times they went potty and for the baby room the time they have been changed. My son was taught how to read in Pre K from a teacher that believed in him and to this day he is one of the best readers in his classroom. She made sure we was on top of his education at home too. Mrs. Tenisha is so patience and kind. My son loves her! Mrs Bennie has been with Kindercare for a while. I met her while at another location and she treated my son like her own especially when he was just starting daycare.
