Well just to clarify a few things for the people that read these reviews since you're arguing with…read moreme about my review, and sending nonstop personal messages about it, I'll clarify. I may have been late picking them up maybe 6 times in the maybe 6 months they were there, but never any longer than 20 min. I work 5 minutes down the street in a salon and yes sometimes I run over when I have clients. It was usually 5-10 at the most when it happened. And, I DIDN'T BLOW PAST you. I didn't even know who you were. I never met you before until that day. I thought you were a parent and I was going into the classroom to get my kids. When you told me I needed to do swipes I told you I didn't have my card on me that day and would do them the next day. You then told me I would be charged Out of pocket and I said " fine!! Whatever, charge me" YES I get government assistance. I'm not ashamed of it. I'm a single mom of 4 who works 2 jobs and go to school part time and I don't receive ANY child support. I bust my ass!!! I was upset because you preceded to announce in front of staff and parents that I get FREE childcare through welfare and I needed to swipe my card. I told you that I don't think this should be discussed in front of others and I was in a rush to pick up my other two kids. You ignored what I said and continued on with you uptight snobby attitude and I told you this shouldn't be discussed in front of others, its probably against the law to discuss personal information in front of parents and you told me it was against the law not to do my swipes. After going and going with your attitude and raising your voice at me in front of people I got upset and said " fine, you know what I don't even want my kids to come here anymore!! On top of your rudeness I was called away from work weekly because of illness in the infant room constantly. My son was always sick and kept catching pink eye. I was even called away because you guys told me my daughter had a blister in her mouth and couldn't return without a dr. Excuse. I took time off work, went to the doctor and she told me my daughter bit her lip!! It wasn't a blister. I was unhappy, wrote a review and you can't let it go. Please stop sending me messages, I told you earlier this morning I was done with the conversation and then you write a review of how you recall the incident. Let it go!! Thanks

Say I'm so full when I pick them up from there or say lunch was really good. I want again or I want to go back again and leave. Definitely recommend sending your kids there till they outgrow it.

The center is kept very clean and is structurally safe and sound. There are playgrounds outside that the children regularly play in- the teachers also take the children to the local parks to play. They offer a wide variety of activities for the children and provide care in a kind manner. My child had a wonderful experience at St. Peter's Child Care Center and I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for quality care. It was truly enriching to her and I did not feel as if I was burdening anyone with the task of providing her stimulating and high quality education and care. The teachers are incredibly nice and welcoming and they made her feel very comfortable outside of her regular home environment. The center regularly hosts very nice activities to for the families of the children attending the center. It is obvious that they put a lot of thought and effort into what they do. St. Peter's is an excellent option for a childcare provider and I am glad to have found such a quality provider in Lakewood.

We could first hear the employee (younger looking woman with glasses) yelling at the kids from down the hall, something along the lines of "I SAID BE QUIET". Upon passing through, again yelling and I mean yelling at the kids (maybe 3 year olds?) I SAID EAT YOUR CHEESE ITS". The director giving us the tour said nothing. Upon passing through the baby room, another employee was slapping a baby's wrist who was crying & trying to put fingers in their mouth ( I assume was teething). That was enough for us!! I would encourage anyone considering this place to visit multiple times and go with your gut-. If they behave like that in front of you and the boss, how would they when no one is around?

They live in the idea that they are the best. 2-) Repetitive complains without solution. This prove that that there is a poor level of problem solving. 3-) Non-Professional management with very poor Communication skills with parents. My daughter was bitten 3 times within one month. I tried to discuss this issue with the manager. But they claimed that this is completely normal. I disscussed this issue with my colleagues. They completely agree that this daycare is not doing good job. So I moved to another daycare. I completely with hesitant advise every parents to keep away from this daycare.
