If you care about things like your child's development, your child eating well, or anything along…read morethose lines. For the most part, the teachers themselves love the children and do a great job (though recently I've heard some scary stories of abuse going unreported). However, the teachers do not have the final say. The owners are the ones who do. Sadly, the owners do not take into consideration the benefit of the child. They hold children back in classes that they are too old and big for in order to fill up more rooms and make more money, which hinders the development of children. They will also move kids up before they're ready and have them skip very important classes leading to a regression in their learning, behavior, and physical development. Another issue here is you pay a ton of money for your kids to eat lousy meals with small portions. DCFS requires the children to have a fruit, vegetable, and a protein at each lunch. Most of the time, the children are missing at least one of these. For snacks, all they ever get is crackers. It's cheap and cannot be good for the children. It's sad that you believe your children are safe and taken care of while you work hard and pay lots of money for it and instead they're treated like they don't matter. The owners put on a good show and will deny anything that makes them look bad. Extremely manipulative people who can't own up to their mistakes. If I could leave zero stars I would.

I was expecting staff members who are friendly and caring, equipped to meet the needs of all families including diverse families like my own. This was not the case!!!! My 4 year old received so many punitive responses from her Montessori teacher she hated the center and tried to run out often. She did not receive a warm welcome which would have went a very long way with a 4 year old little girl. Me being an educator myself expected to see teachers who had a genuine passion and disposition for working with energetic children, NOPE! I was actually pulled to the side by a staff member who informed me that the staff, including the k-4 teacher was "targeting my kids"!!! My 4 year old was suspended and a couple weeks later kicked out!!! Maybe IVY league is great for some, maybe many, BUT I don't think they are a good fit for any high energy, vicarious, "child of color" or minority child. It is apparent this location lacks experience working with Diverse families.

We opted for the upgrade with the popcorn machine and bounce house-both were a hit. All of our friends raved about how great and fun the party was. One of the teachers took us on a tour right on the spot. My daughter started here recently (she just turned 3). The teachers and other staff members are SO unbelievably sweet. They truly treat you and your child like family. The facility is immaculately clean, and I feel they have the perfect, developmentally appropriate, balance of play and learning. They even offer extras such as STEM and cooking. My daughter can't stop talking about her teacher Miss Nikki and I could not be happier with my decision to send her here!

After touring several local daycare centers, Kindercare of Frankfort stood out amongst the rest. The facility itself is clean, bright, and secure. There is abundant outdoor play space, with actual playground equipment and an open area to play sports, such as soccer. All classrooms are divided by age and are located on the same floor along a hallway that has windows into each room (except the baby room). My son went into the 2 year old room, which has cubbies for each child, plenty of sunlight, a large play area, and tables and mats for circle time and activities. Cots are provided for nap time. They have bathroom facilities in the room and will work toward potty training, but still change diapers for this age group. Healthy snacks and meals are provided, and I got a glimpse of the kitchen with an actual cook preparing the meals and snacks for the day. Very impressive! The clinic director, Lori, and assistant director, Hillary, were so patient and kind to me. They took several calls from both my husband and I, answering every question as we made our decision. They toured the facility with us twice and welcomed my son to come in the day before he started to get acquainted with his new surroundings. The two year old teachers, Miss Amy and Miss Ashley, were very welcoming, decorating his cubby, and sending home notes explaining how his day went. Everyone is so professional and you can tell they really enjoy their jobs and care for the children. I highly recommend KinderCare of Frankfort.
