In between lots of little cute shops is this mirror maze...as soon as our little one spots it, we "must" enter. So we did & what a blast we had. There were other people in there so it made it more fun because they'd actually come up to you wondering if you were a mirror or real--I laughed so hard in this thing! I thought it was a bit costly--$8 per person to enter, but you can go in and out as many times as you want...still!?!? A fun little interruption in between all the shopping.

The maze itself isn't huge and you can navigate your way out in 5-10 minutes or so. Any repeat visit is free all day. They ask you to put on disposable gloves prior to entry to prevent fingerprint smears on the mirrors. And they sell a large variety of bulk sweets in the lobby if you are so inclined. There is also a laser maze there with high scores, etc. available for an additional price. We did not do this on our visit and it is a one person at a time gig. Overall not bad.

A beer is $8 and a cocktail is $12- $15... but the entry fee for kids is only $15 so... tradeoffs. Games are also expensive; you have to load a card and most games cost about 40 pts per play, lasting from seconds to about a minute. Not a ton of games but enough. Also offer a family restroom for changing and children which is good. It's in a strip mall with a grocery store and a golf sim too and on a main road. Easy to access. Recently planned a meet up at Wilderness trails zoo with some family. It had been a few years since…read moreany of us have been there, and seeing it now, with many renovations completed, it looks fantastic, and functions with a much better flow. The entrance, and gift shop, is easily 4 times it's original size; and they always have the cutest collection of plushes. The grounds, and habitats appeared well maintained. The animals were all quite active, playful, and seemed to be healthy; the petting farm area is always a must stop when you visit. The staff are great too; friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The zoo now offers animal experiences for an extra fee, which can be purchased online or at the entrance, adding a more private element of fun. I will say though, I was really bummed that the Rainforest area was now only open as an "experience" purchase. Years ago it was easily my favorite exhibit, but unfortunately is now out of my price range, especially for a family (as I found the experience costs to be a bit high), so we were unable to see it. Overall we all really enjoyed our outing at the Wilderness Trails Zoo. They did a great job keeping the walk area around the zoo shaded, you could find animal feeding stations and hand sanitizer in many locations, seating widely available, a picnic/eating area, prepackaged ice cream bars/dippin dots in store, children's playground, clean restrooms, and plenty of parking available as you first arrive. This zoo is definitely worth the visit, and I'm sure I'll be having another day trip here again soon.

They were really easy to find while driving down the road, and they also have a nice large parking lot, and clean bathroom facilities available. Also, the staff was fantastic and friendly, they made us feel really welcomed. Unfortunately it was raining when we first arrived, so we played some games before grabbing some ice cream snacks. My youngest was thrilled that they even had non-dairy ice cream options, she feels so special when places are considerate of those with allergies. They had a nice outdoor seating area, with half being under a roof so we didn't get rained on. After eating, the weather had cleared, so we began our putt putt adventure. The greens, and surrounding areas, were all really well maintained. We genuinely had a lot of fun, and we will definitely make another visit when back in town.
