They took CC through their phone app with a tap and I got an emailed receipt. I also booked them coming back and told them we needed the same setup. Sal was responsive and made sure the driver was there. Our flight was delayed but the driver was still there. Same charge and great driver with the car seats strapped in by the fire department. They were rock solid.

A second surprise came when the car picking me up was an Uber. So apparently, they used my $36 to book me an $8 Uber ride. The Uber driver was also surprised.

Upon arrival at the vehicle, airport staff assisted by handling my wheelchair while I transferred independently. Throughout this process, the driver repeatedly complained aloud that he did not want to transport me because of my wheelchair. His comments were unnecessary. When we reached my destination, the driver removed my wheelchair from the trunk and deliberately placed it in a parking spot far away from the vehicle--out of my reach and with no safe way for me to access it. When I asked him to place it closer so I could reassemble it, he refused, stating, "It's not my problem." He then walked around the vehicle and pressured me to "hurry up" because he had another pickup, despite knowingly leaving me without access to my mobility device. My grandma came out to assist me with my wheelchair. After the incident, I reported the driver to ground transportation.I was informed that his excuse for refusing to bring my wheelchair within reach was that he "didn't want it to scratch his car." I felt humiliated, embarrassed and frustrated with the situation. I'm putting this out there because I don't want anyone disabled to experience what I went through.

On the morning of my very early pick-up, I had scheduled 5am but it ended up being about 5:15 am as the driver had issues finding my office. I ended up walking to the main street to help him in finding me. He played classical music on the way there which in turn made me feel classy. He also chatted quite a bit which I can appreciate most of the time but for whatever reason that morning, I just wanted to kind of zone out in my solitude.
