IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME DONT I REPEAT DONT GO TO THIS CLINIC TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE…read more I don't know what happened to this place, we've gone here I believed 4 times since we transferred the care of my son from CA to FL and those 4 times our only complain is the check in process. Today 3/30 we have a routine wellness check up for my 12 month old son. I checked in over the phone as usual and for some reason this time it was different I was asked hella questions over the phone which last time I was given same questionnaire but was on a paper. They met us in the lobby 11:17 AM, I was thinking great early today because our appointment was 11:30 am. We went to the room the nurse this time was different, she's not the usual nurse that's helping us. So this nurse I think she's new (black with long hair braided) I have never seen her before, I didn't get her name since she didn't introduce herself took our son's weight and height and then left. 10, 20, 30 minutes went by and we're still waiting for the doctor, mind you our appointment is at 11:30 am. At 11:57 am we decided to just leave the office because it's like we're waiting for nothing, opened the door and saw Dr. Christopher Tappan sitting on his computer, told him we've been waiting for him to see my son. His answer " I didn't even know you're here", with a smirk, no sorry, nothing. Wow this is very unprofessional we literally waited for nothing, they wasted our time! Basically the nurse that checked us in didn't even communicate to Dr.Tappan that we're in room 8 waiting. This is the worst of all the worst experience here. We are never coming back to this place. They don't value their customers' time. All they care is their time and the money they'll get. Don't even try to bill us for this appointment I'm telling you I'm going to call my insurance for this.

I really want to like this office because it's so close to our house, but they're terrible. It's…read moreincredibly frustrating waiting 5- 20 minutes to talk to someone, just to be put on hold over and over, to finally talk to the dismissive staff. The office staff is terrible and doesn't care about their patients. I'd give zero stars if I could. Save yourself the trouble and headache and find another doctors office

Seems very clean in here! The waiting room on the "well" side (they have a well or sick entrance)…read morelooked quite nice and has a tv and a few video games to keep the children entertained! Very nice and friendly welcome! Staff seems ok! Not the most chipper of people but also no problems either! They were pretty on point with my appt getting us back to the room, but the wait for the doctor was quite long 30+ mins! But when he did come in he was very quick, answered any of my questions with ease! Overall a great place! Quick and painless! Well, unless you're getting shots then maybe not painless lol I'll leave some pictures below

Thank you to Dr. Kanarek at Nadal Pediatrics for saving my child…read more My review is 3 months late, it has been a BAD summer. On June 19, I went to Nadal Pediatrics, quite urgently. My daughter had a (butterfly rash, purple hued dusky knees, red knuckles and had lost use of her hands) group of weird symptoms. She had a rash and I had already scheduled a future appointment, but the achy hands before the 18th she had been icing herself, this is the date she could no longer close/fist her hands. My mom thought was, "she hurt her wrist/hands in gymnastics." Not even thinking any of this could be related. To make a very long, sad, hard story shorter, we came in to see Dr. Kanarek on the morning of the 19th of June. He literally took one look at my 10-year old beautiful baby girl and says she needs a specialist immediately. "I see Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus or Juvenile Dermatomyositis." I start to shake and react like a parent with fear. We left the office in about 45 minutes, Dr. Kanarek had already reached out to Specialists at All Childrens Hospital and was confirming a morning appointment on the 20th. We were admitted immediately after a chat with the specialist. No overnight clothing or preparation, we spent 3 nights at the hospital. Our daughter had Juvenile Dermatomyositis, she is part of a 3 in 1 million group of patients. Without this keen observation on the part of Dr. Kanarek, I fear we would have lost my child. Diagnosis average time is 17 to 18 months and by then most children suffer heart and lung damage or suffer paralysis of joints or muscles. She has this and it is an Auto-Immune Disease for life, but she is alive and has no permanent muscle damage. Thank you again to Dr. Kanarek at Nadal Pediatrics for saving my child and getting us on the road to recovery. From the depths of our souls in appreciation and awe, Elena and Danny Tewmey
