Today my son had an accident at school that caused us to need to have his teeth checked. They were able to work us in and get him checked out within a couple hours and let us know what to expect. We received the information we needed and know what to watch for in the coming days which really helped our hearts rest better. The icing on the cake was that the receptionist (I wish I knew her name) remembered my son from a previous visit and knew he really likes Hot Wheels, and, in her immense kindness, went out during his visit and bought him a Hot Wheels car! Perfect place for children to start their dentist visits. When you walk in you'll find movies, games and toys, my son loved the waiting room. I wish other dr offices would take the hint as who wouldn't love to have video games while you wait. We didn't have a long enough wait as they were prompt to start the teeth cleaning. It was my sons first dentist visit, they were gentle and quick with his visit. They brushed his teeth, gave him a new toothbrush and a mirror. Been going to this place since for 4 years maybe less. The doctor thinks she can decide what's best for my child and denies services because she think her recommendations override my decision as a parent. Cancels the appointment without telling me. Thank God I called before wasting my time going there. I'll be taking my children elsewhere, it's never that serious. read more

Love, love love this place!! My kiddo has been coming here for years and they truly treat him so special. It's not just my kiddo I see the interactions every child has in this office. They care not only about the dental health but the overall health of the kiddo. They ask how school is and really seem interested. They also have a special way to set kids minds at ease especially at the dentist. Yes, the dentist can be fun! We came in yesterday for a 6 month cleaning and found out my little guy had two fillings that needed to be done. Luckily, they were able to get ya in the same day. Talk about time savings for this super busy mom! I am so thankful for the caring nature and fun atmosphere this place provides every visit! Dr. Kim & De. Kelly, you are amazing!! They almost extracted two teeth incorrectly from my child's mouth because they accidentally pulled the wrong chart and they incorrectly scheduled my child's appointment sooner than the insurance would pay very unprofessional place. Have a bunch young adults that horse play and cannot read causing potential dental malpractice. This place is not safe for children! read more

I am a father for the first time. My son needed to see the dentist and me and his mother went. I my self wanted to be apart of my son first dentist visit but I feel like I was robbed of that privilege to be in there with my son and his mother for the first dentist visit but on that alone we will not be coming back after this visit I was going to tell his mom we will find some where but decided he need to me seen more than me wanting to be in the room with him and his mother did offer to let me go but I let her go since only one could go read more

This office scheduled back to back appointments for my children and then refused to allow my younger child in the operatory and asked me to wait in the lobby. My son was having one of his baby teeth removed and has never had anything but a cleaning before. Then their only solution was to reschedule. I believe that since they did not inform me of this policy that they should have allowed us back with his. I have now missed another day of work, he has another day of school. Doctors and Dentist offices should really be run like a business instead of an omnipotent force. If my company messes up we fix it and this office does not feel that they need to take responsibility for their mess up. Ridiculous maybe they should through some business classes in for doctors while they are in school. read more

We arrived for our 3:45 p.m. appointment "on time", the parking lot was empty and all the window had closed blinds. We parked, and made our way to the front door to find it locked. There was a note asking that you call the posted number for access. We called the number and a female clerk asked for the patient's name and said to return to our car and they would deliver paperwork for us to complete. We returned to the car, and in another minute or so the cell phone rang with the clerk indicating that our appointment had been cancelled because we were late. This was at 3:50 p.m. I'm done with this establishment, because I know we have waited for appointments way past the scheduled time. read more

My daughter had horrible gag reflexes & is anxious about everything. The staff are always patient & talk her through the cleaning/xrays.

So when my son was born premature and ended up needing Iron supplements for along time his baby teeth came in with some issues. I brought him to Kids Dentistree to see Dr Kelly Underwood. She and her staff were truly amazing with my small 15 month old. He was very scared and they were very patient with him. We were in and out in great time. She reassured me that he was just find and so are his teeth. I was really concerned so it was very comforting. I am very happy I chose to try this office and Dr Underwood because I have been to the Kids Dentistree in LaGrange with my other 2 boys and did not have the best experience with Dr Monica at that office(another review for a different location) so I wasn't too keen on the same practice but different office (only dentist of our dental insurance). My experience was great at the Evergreen location! The office is very kid friendly and clean. Reception was great from the time I walked in the door. read more

I honestly couldn't wait to get on here to tell everyone about our experience here at Kids Dentistree. Let me start by saying that I had taken my son at the of 3 to pediatric dentist. Long story short...we both left crying!! It was probably the worst experience I have had to date with any type of medical care for my kids. But then our neighbor told us about Kids Dentistree in Middletown. I was hesitant but I called (2 years after our first experience) and made an appointment. From the minute they answered the phone, I have had nothing but great things to say about this place and I want everyone to know about their amazing care they gave my son and I both. The office is bright and cheery!! The office staff is friendly and sweet!! They went above and beyond for my son letting him hold the tools, touch the tools, play with the tools all the while increasing his trust and confidence. Cheryl was our hygienist, Noona did the X-rays, and Dr. Julia was our dentist!! All were absolutely amazing!! I can't say enough wonderful things about this place and it's staff!! Great Dentist. We love Dr. Hansford. She is very professional and has a great bedside manner. When my daughter had her tooth pulled, she broke down. Dr. Kim waited and waited and waited until my daughter calmed down. She was a pro and we are always completely satisfied whith her service. Would highly recommend her. read more

We arrived to the scheduled appt 30 min prior. We followed directions to wait in car, paperwork brought to us etc. Due to covid I understood there would be changes, but never did I ever expect a dental office to have a parent wait in the car while they take a child 6 yrs old by themselves without supervision just because that child's sibling did not have an appt. Even with us arriving 30 min before appt time, it was 25 min after the appt time before they came to get us from the car. That's when I was told my child would be going by themself due to the company's Covid policy. If they would have sent this info via text alert or called prior to notify me of this, we would have cancelled the appt and rescheduled until further date. However, when you look online their policy does not say that parents will have to stay in car if child's sibling is present. I'm sorry but what parent allows this. When I got upset and questioned the policy they made the excuse that children as young as 3 have gone in my by themself without parent. What??? I'm sorry, but I'm not that parent. Any appt with doctor, dentist or ophthalmologist, I as the parent will be present until they are 18. When I called on the phone to make a complaint I was given the run around and staff were making excuses. There is no corporate number to call to make a complaint as told by the rude lady over the phone. I noticed a change in customer service when Dr Julia was no longer there. Today, they lost 2 patients due to their poor customer service and lack of empathy towards parents who have more than one child. Covid is no excuse for lack of customer service. They didn't even try to keep us as patients, when I told them we would be looking for another provider the response was "that's your choice" when I said I would be filing a complaint, the lady over the phone stated "go ahead make your complaint, and she hung up on me. Love this place! Staff is very friendly and patient with my young (not so cooperative) boys. My four year old who is normal uneasy in new places felt comfortable enough to do his whole appointment without me right by his side (which was good because my 2 year old was screaming though his). We recently had to have an emergency appointment. I was able to get in 2 3 hours after calling and while they warned me there could be a wait, we were in and out in 15 minutes.
