He takes the time to explain all available options for your particular situation, and suggests the most practical ones for what you need, rather than what would financially benefit his practice the most. His staff are well trained, friendly, and genuinely seem to love their jobs. His offices are immaculately clean, neat, and aesthetically pleasing. Every detail has been considered, from the massage chairs and coffee in one area of the waiting room, to the kids room with games, computers and ice cream. There's always some ongoing competition/game/challenge where his patients can win really cool prizes - Nothing pushy, cheesy or fake; just genuinely pleasant in every way. I personally recommend everyone I know, who is looking for an orthodontist, to Tran Orthodontics. I've also recommended those looking for jobs in that field to try there, because it seems like such a great place to work. I would just like to tell you how wonderful Tran Orthodontics is. This is a wonderful staff that works together for your individual needs. Dr. Tran is passionate about his work and aims to please. I have two daughters who have both been patients of Dr. Tran and his staff. My oldest daughter has been out of braces for a couple years and her smile says it all. My youngest daughter was a more difficult case, and she just got her top braces off. Her smile is so beautiful and her confidence is now much greater thanks to this wonderful team of professionals. Both of my children have been long time patients of Dr. Tran. My daughter has been through the whole braces process and has been exited. We were completely satisfied with her results. Our son has been under observation for the past couple of years and after finally losing all of his baby teeth, he got his braces put on yesterday. I am confident we will see the same results in him. Dr. Tran and his staff have been nothing short of exceptional. After several consultations across the city Dr. Tran's consultation won us over completely. Often when choosing a medical care professional I become frustrated with staff and lack of kindness or professionalism. Not here. He managed to gather the best staff in Louisville. They have cleaned up my clumsy coffee spills, offered me kindness and warmth on a trying morning with my 4th newborn, advocated for more money from our insurance on our behalf..... the list goes on and on. I was shocked to see bad reviews on here. My dentist sent me here to look at my bite. They have a coffee/tea bar, ice cream bar and a playroom for the kids. They took x-rays, photos and more all at NO CHARGE to me, all complimentary. Dr. Tran was so kind and every one of his staff members greeted me with a smile and were so friendly. I literally said, "I may take a day off work to come hang out here." (Hyperbolic of course). Dr. Tran knew immediately what was wrong with my bite and offered a very simple and free solution. He showed me examples of similar situations of previous patients and he remembered all of their names as well, which I found impressive. Can't say enough about these folks they were amazing! We had a appointment today with Dr. Tran for x-ray's and an evaluation, while talking with the staff about the long commute we would be making to return to have braces put on they didn't hesitate to make special arrangements for us to get the braces put on the same day. Super cool place for my little guy that was so nervous about getting checked for braces. The staff was so nice and accommodating, they have ice-cream, Ipads, hot chocolate, massage chairs and all kinds of things to get those kids exited to come instead of the regular dreadful trip to the Ortho.Dr.Trans was very kind, honest and conservative with the approach he takes in new patients. While at a recent visit to Dr Trans office with my 3 children I became violently ill with what was later diagnosed as a kidney stone.
