I had an appointment scheduled and arrived early to the appointment. I was told my toddler was next for the haircut. About 3 more customers walked in and after 30 minutes of my scheduled appointment I asked about my toddler haircut and was disregarded and was told I was considered a walk in after. Walked in at 8:58AM. We were the first people there. Huge sign "Walk Ins Welcome". Went in for a quick haircut for our 20 month old. Was told to come back at 9:45. We were still the only the people there 10 mins later when we left and pulled away. Clearly not staffed for walk in's welcome. Bummer. Went up the street and was able to get him in as a walk in. Ended up working out. Not sure we will go back. The convenience of walk in appts is ideal for busy schedules. read more

Took my granddaughter in there for her first haircut it was terrible. I have pictures to prove it terrible they couldn't style her hair. They said they only cut it. They don't style it. She walked out looking a hot mess. They tried to braid it. They couldn't even do that. Overall, it was a very bad experience for a six-year-old little girl who is excited to get her haircut for the first time I do not recommend this place. read more

This is the perfect place to bring your child to get their hair cut. We always see Anna who does an excellent job. They are so kid friendly and their prices are good. They have fun chairs for your child to sit in and always finish with a lollipop! They know how to handle scared kiddos and they can cut hair with a wiggly little one. Wow! Stop! Warning! This is a real review from a real costumer that knows what a real haircut looks like. Sit back and get ready for this detailed review. First off arrived at 11:45 and watched the place be empty with no customers. I only received a text to enter 5 minutes after my appointment. (12:05) If your ok with a haircut for your kids that you can do at home with a $10 clipper from Walmart then by all means stop reading this review....... Now for the people who want the truth keep reading. I asked for a "fade" and specified exactly what I wanted. I was assured that they knew how to do a "fade" After 2 minutes into the cut, I was about to grab the clippers and do it myself. My son is 4 and gets a haircut every 14 days and is used to sitting very still for haircuts, so any excuse of an finicky child is out the window. 45 minutes into the cut, I felt horrible for my son. He still had a botched fade with a line around his head.Christal knew she had not done so well and decided to call for help. Even she knew how bad it was. The helper was very nice just like the rest of the staff, but we were in to deep and I had to settle for what ever she could do to try and fix it. Why did we try this place? Well that's easy we live 3 minutes from there and figured we would give this place a try. Again if your into simple home made cuts, that you can do with no experience, then by all means go for it. But if your looking for a real haircut that takes skills/talent then trust me, any local shop you drive by and sometimes think of how "Ghetto" it looks, then you have just drove by a real barber shop. If your into the "Little Timmy" average style haircut with no finishing touches, then this is the place to go. I feel like the barber wheel out side should not be there. That belongs at a location with licensed barbers. And for anyone worried about how I treated them, it's ok I payed the full price and still tipped $10. But I will be writing that off on my taxes as a loss. read more

I have always had great experiences at Kids Cuts. My 4 year old had his first cut there when he was 1. The staff are experts at dealing with even the most difficult children. I still don't know how they are able to cut the hair of a squirming child and have it look so good! They have cute little chairs for the kids to sit in and plenty of toys to occupy them in the waiting area. At the end of the cut, they get a lollipop. Between the toys and the lollipop, my son loves going to Kids Cuts. They are reasonably priced at $13 a cut. I have only good things to say about this establishment. read more

Great place for kids with Special Needs!! My 4 yr old son is autistic and he's been going there since he was 2. They have awesome stations that don't even remotely look like haircut chairs. He LOVES the tractor! They are all super patient and just use scissors because he can't handle the clippers yet. We've never had a bad experience!! read more

Rude and disorganized! I generally do not write negative reviews, but my last visit ended my patronage. They are generally running 45 minutes behind so you wait even with an appointment. Once I went to another salon it revealed that my daughter's hair was uneven and poorly shaped. This place is in dire need of management --- like a reality show! read more

We took our 14 month old son to get his first haircut here. We called ahead and made an appointment for the same day. We arrived right on time and had to wait a little while because our stylist was running a little behind. It was about 15 mins. They had toys to play with so my son was perfectly fine with it! Anna did a great job cutting my sons hair and was very patient with him. He did not sit still and cried at first but she took her time and did a fantastic job! read more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE! I've taken both of my kids (3 and 5) since their first haircuts and they both love it here! They have a nice waiting area with a bunch of kids toys and cute kids chairs for the haircuts. They are excellent with my squirmy son and sometimes put a cute little braid in my daughters hair. The kids love the lollipops and I like how personable and friendly they all are. read more
