Always a great cut. Very professional barbers however, Appointments are scheduled and paid for in advance yet I always seems to wait 30 minutes to an hour to be seen. I haven't has such a long wait at any other barber shop. I actually could get quicker service as a walk in elsewhere. read more

My son-in-law got my granddaughter's hair "trimmed" here. The guy who cut it was horrible, not sure what, if any, training he's had. He cut off anywhere from 3" to 6" of hair and left her with such an uneven cut that it looks like she cut her own hair. Actually, she would have done a better job herself. Pathetic. read more

I took my son there & an unskilled barber put a patch in his head & tried to say he came in like that! & then the OWNER tried to say it was a fungus infection similar to ring worm! He said the hair would never grow back & the bald spot would get worse. What a joke!!! I wasn't surprised when I sent the owner pics of his hair completely grown back in a week or so... My career revolves around communication, appearance is everything so keeping my beard well maintained is a must! Before stopping in I called and ask "how much to have my beard trimmed and shaped?" " the gentleman who answered the phone replied "$10.00". Upon entering the hair studio I was quickly greeted and seated. I immediately noticed that it was filthy and unorganized, like teenagers worked there. My while receiving my consultation my barber spent about 5 minutes untangling the several pairs of clippers he had all stuffed into a drawer which set the stage. He barely spoke English and when I described how I normally trim my beard he looked at my like I was stupid, literally. He did an OK job, his straight razor was dull and kept pulling on my hair and I had to ask him to trim my mustache before he walked away. He did take it entirely far to high, it should grow back in a week. The best part about the entire ordeal was when I went to pay, even though there is a sign above ever chair with a price guide (sign read, $6.00 beard) my barber still asked the only other barber there how much to charge. The barber replied $8.00 and it comes out to $8.00 and some change after you ring him up". I can only assume that the only English speaking barber in the store was the one who told me $10 when I called in, is now telling me $8 even though the sign reads $6.... On a side note, I listen to the other barber discuss with his client the benifits of smoking weed and how it helps him sleep the entire time I was there. 1- poor cut 2-poor service 3- felt lied to 4-manipulated 5-poor hygiene of store 6-would not go back read more

This was the worst barbershop I had ever been to. I went in asking for a 2-3 fade on the sides and nothing taken off the top, so the barber decides to shave the side of my head all the way up to where my hair parts. Also my side burns looked completely different from one another. But the best part of this terrible experience is that my barber and the barber next to me started to talk about his mothers fruit cake and snickered while they both continued to talk and look at me while snickering like pathetic children. It sickens me that they wold make these accusations and calling me homosexual by using the term "fruit cake". I declared a full refund and got it! Thank god. WORST PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN TO. read more

My son loves this shop. They are organized and friendly. My son prefers Ice as he can related to his age and prob one of the younger barbers. He is also excited to show his friends his new look or shape up. The barbers take their time and expect to wait if you dont have an appointment. I would rather wait for a quality barber than walk in and see empty chairs. However, once you get established with one of the barbers it's easy to call in and request an appointment. read more
