Also, one of the biggest ways they supported my son is their flexibility with his meals due to a milk protein allergy. They substitute what they can for him and I only bring in a couple of things every now and then to supplement. I'm finding out now that not all daycares are as accommodating! I'm a teacher and I come home and my daughter is discussing condensation and the water cycle with me, among other things.
