Regarding my experience as a licensed ECE worker of many years, when I worked there they had specific help for special needs children , and qualified licenced ECE teacher who was very knowledgeable on hands and played music and array of wonderful songs. It is a well managed childcare center and I have lots of respect for the workers and manager .

( things pretty common in children) which I thought for sure would be something you are trained for when you work in a childcare facility. Also our son was picked on right in front of a child care worker and she did NOTHING. she ignored it. My child is just a toddler and my husband happen to witness the whole thing, and was furious the worker just stood there and acted as if nothing was happening. After only a week my child was removed from the daycare because of their lack of knowledge for dealing with a toddler with a temper tantrum, their workers who allow bullying and singling out, and their constant unfriendly "annoyed" demeanor.

Well, good news and bad news. The good news is that the Teachers are as great as they've ever been. The kids have a fantastic time, and they learn and experience so much. In the rooms, and outside, they learn, grow, and socialize. The bad news? Well, the BNG has decided they'd rather follow Corporate America and focus solely on profits now. The Teachers work hard, and do their best by the kids, but they're among the lowest paid in the industry, and this is why you see regular turn-over. For parents, they've increased the prices and changed the way a spot could be booked, forcing people to pay even for days they do not attend. Full week slots are required now, and even when they change their procedures without notice, you are still required to pay. Even if they've changed the terms in the contract that you're actually paying for, like suddenly deciding they won't do pickups at the school for after-school programing for one week, but they will still charge you for the spot. I've been seeing it for the last 3 years, and especially since Covid gripped our world, and it's sad to say but the Boys and Girls club is just another company that has taken advantage of this Pandemic to make bigger profits at the expense of families who struggle to survive. If you're wealthy, the Boys and Girls club is a great place to enroll your kids. If you're not wealthy, the Boys and Girls club will ensure you stay that way.
