So today while in the neighborhood with my kids I walked in here since summer is approaching my daughter need a pair of sandal. I understand this store sells some or mostly European's brand therefore it's a bit pricier than some American brands. I don't know what is it with the lady with the blonde hair walked in with my child and and my baby, had my baby in the stroller, lady spoke to me in another language I said sorry I don't understand, so my child tried two pairs of sandals. It's shoes she is trying on she gave me one shoe at a time, she's a kid why is she trying one shoe at a time ? She gave her the right shoe then the left shoe. Why can't she try on the pair of shoe at once ? So she can see how it fits. She kept going back and fourth to the shoe boxes to see if we took both of the shoe out, even my 7 year old daughter noticed it and asked me "why is she constantly checking the shoe boxes?" Like relax I am not going to run out with the shoes with a stroller that's huge to push through the the entrance door and with my baby & daughter. I asked her if the sandal the last pair, cause I don't want the sample pair. She kept going it's new like uh that's not my question cause I want a new pair and not a sample one kept telling me it's new like please, disgusting customer service. First off my daughter couldn't try the pair of shoes we get one shoe at a time why ? She only gave my daughter the pair to try on when I asked her and she stood there dead staring at us. Second she kept telling me the sample one is new no lady sample is sample lol. Third another customer in there who spoke the same language as the lady there wasn't wearing a mask but the store says mask required to enter in the main entrance . The shoes there is about $70 a pair bit pricer than some American brands but if my child likes it and I know it's some good brand, made with good material I would pay for it but honestly with ur bad customer service, worker or boss no thanx I will buy it somewhere else oh yea and my child asked me why was she so rude to us ? She's 7 even she noticed it. I recommend continental shoes on 18th ave their customer service is way better. Growing up in the neighborhood going to Lesters for my shoes and clothes not once I experienced this. This store need to work on their customer service just cause I am not wearing some brand names and don't speak the same language as you don't mean I can't afford a $70 pair of shoes.
