I still have it. He has a severe sinus infection and excessive coughing for four days. The "so called doctor on staff," did not introduce himself, but the prescription bottle says J. Manning. He did not touch my me, stethoscope or anything. I know my body and know what our regular Mercy doctor prescribes, he would do nothing. He told me to take NyQuil. Good advice for someone who has diabetes and high blood pressure. He prescribed benzonatate for my husband. It hasn't helped the coughing. You charged us $65 a piece, and didn't even touch my me or offer a medicine. Please refund our $130 based on total lack of care, professionalism, concern, nor diagnosis. He did read his mercy screen from chair. We have been patients of Mercy for over 30 years and I have always given stellar ratings. But Dr Manning needs to go or be sent to your worst competitor. I was absolutely dying last week, thanks to a bad case of strep, and possibly also the flu. I was…read moreon antibiotics for strep, but I was still feeling like absolute trash on the day before Thanksgiving. I wasn't even worried about missing the holiday, I just felt so, so bad. I was able to get into NP 2 GO, and get an appointment for an infusion and a steroid shot. They took great care of me, and it was more affordable than an infusion in a retail storefront. I was able to get a much needed bag of fluids, plus vitamins, as well as a shot. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I could literally feel myself getting better. A few hours later, I was able to eat, drink, and function. I think the one-two punch of the infusion probably shaved 2-3 days off of feeling bad. I will definitely do this again and may get another infusion before the next time I have to travel.

I was taken by ambulance to INTEGRIS Health Edmond Hospital for a major heart attack, a "widow maker", where I coded while in the emergency room. The cardiologist did save my life with two stents, but that's the only saving grace for this hospital. A few hours after the event I asked one of the doctors what I could take instead of my arthritis meds, which were off the table now due to having to take blood thinners, and he said "just take more aspirin". If that was supposed to be a joke, it was not funny in the slightest. "More aspirin" is the last thing you'd want to take unless of course you'd like to bleed out internally. During that same event a nurse told me that the tiny off-white globs in my blood sample were cholesterol. Well, I'm pretty effing sure they're not or I'd be dead of stroked out and likely a vegetable or life support. Those "globs" were likely pieces of subcutaneous fat that were getting into the samples due to yet another poorly placed catheter. Rather than redo the poorly place catheter which caused the nurse to have to massage blood samples out of my arm (for the love of all things holy), she just continued to do the same thing that caused much pain and a massive hematoma (bruise). Just what one needs when on high doses of blood thinners. That's just the tip of the iceberg. I was under the Integris care umbrella of uncaring quacks for almost three years. Shame on me for not exiting the poisonous ecosystem earlier. Also, I filed a concern with Integris over 7 months ago and have yet to receive a response.
