My daughter has been…read moreattending since she was just three months old, and from day one it has given me complete peace of mind. I never worry about whether she's being well cared for -- I know she truly is. The environment is always positive, nurturing, and structured, and it's clear how much thought and love goes into the care of each child. Laura, the owner, is absolutely wonderful -- warm, nurturing, and very communicative. She genuinely cares for my daughter as if she were her own, which means everything to me as a parent. One thing I really appreciate is that there is age-appropriate curriculum every day, even for the youngest babies. The daily activities, circle time, and learning themes are thoughtfully planned and focused on social-emotional development, which I love. Another huge plus is the communication. I receive photos and updates throughout the day, and I'm kept informed about everything -- from feedings and diaper changes to naps and activities, through the Brightwheel app. It makes me feel connected to my baby even when I'm at work. Blossom Family Nursery truly feels like a second home for my child. I am so grateful to have found such a high-quality, loving daycare and highly recommend it to any parent looking for exceptional care.

The prices were very good. The owner is very sweet. the building was very clean and organized…read more However, the main caregiver in my babys class was very unprofessional. She was nice and I believe meant well but my husband and I witnessed things that made me stop working and pulled him out of this daycare. I now trust no daycare to take of my precious little boy. He was 2 mth old and I walked in on him in a excersaucer, barely keeping his head up. I asked that they not do this again and they said okay. My husband witnessed them conversing back and forth about the night before getting drunk and partying in front of him. I noticed that they weren't washing out my baby's bottles and were just reusing them which I'm sure is violating a health code. My husband witnessed the main caregiver pull a baby up by one arm to move them and HIGH UP which couldve easily ripped the baby's arm out of socket. My baby received his first diaper rash from this place and I know its not of normal causes because I would drop him off and when I came back to pick him up they had him in his extra clothes claiming that he had a blowout. Everyday? Really? I spoke with the owner about all of these concerns. She bought some dish soap and they started washing the bottles. She seemed very understanding and sincere. However, I went to nurse my son for my lunch break and the teachers were talking in front of me to each other and the main one said the owner texted her and fussed at her for all of the above and she told her she was doing the best she could and if it wasn't good enough she would quit and then the owner apologized to her and told her to just keep doing what she was doing. I pulled my son out of the daycare shortly after. We still owe a weeks worth to the daycare but can't pay it because my experience with these caregivers have me unable to trust anyone to care for my baby and therefore cannot work. While I'm sure this daycare is perfect for a child that can talk and take care of themselves (potty trained, eats table food), I do not trust them to take care of my baby.
