My son was at Kiddie Crest from a year old until he turned 3. Kiddie Crest was the best decision for our family for our son's daycare needs. I appreciate how the staff would go out of their way to make her comfortable. When she moved from the infant room to the toddler room they would even have a teacher, Mrs. Irene, from the infant room hangout with her for a while in the morning until she was ready to interact with the other toddlers. On our drive home she would tell me all about her day. How Mrs. Jackie helped her take off her sweater, Mrs. Stephanie changed her diaper, or Mrs. Genie played her outside. Late 2022, I needed to find someone to help watch my little one while my husband and I were at work. We called many places, we even tried a daycare in Norwalk, but that didn't work out because our son was scared and cried every time we dropped him off. We wanted a place that felt like home to our little one, so we decided to give Kiddie Crest a try. From the moment our son set foot on Kiddie Crest, he was happy. The first day I picked him up from there, he cried and cried because he didn't want to leave. My daughter has been coming here since she was a baby. The level of love,compassion and empathy everyone here shows the kids is unmatched. I took my daughter here when she was 2yrs old and let me say it's the best place ever I looked at many different daycare centers but they didn't feel right until I came here and met Ms. Jackie and she showed us around and I felt like my child would be safe and cared for as well as loved and lo and be hold it was I was struggling with potty training my daughter and they helped her with that and she learned so fast. My son started this daycare when he was 16 months. All the teachers/care givers at Kiddie Crest genuinely care for the kids, they treat them as their own and show them love, they showed concern for my son when he wouldn't eat (he's a picky eater) and would always tell me how his days went, wether he napped or didn't eat or when had a good day. It was all the care and communication that really made me feel comfortable leaving him everyday. And it was because they expressed their concern for his current development stage that prompted us to have him assessed for Autism. He was diagnosed with Autism at 18mo. and with his diagnosis the teachers/care givers were all very supportive, understanding and accommodating. My son grew very attached to Ms Teresa who was just wonderful, she truly cared for my son. As he transitioned at 2yrs old to be with the older kids (2-3yrs) we were afraid it would be socially overwhelming for my son due to his condition. But the teachers, knowing his condition did their best to care for him and although he became very challenging at times they continued to accept him and never turned him away. Kiddie Crest was truly a blessing for us, I cannot say enough good things about this daycare and their staff! Specifically Ms. Jackie, Ms. Alyssa, Ms. Teresa and the Director Ms Leza, they all cared so much for my son and as a parent would, they would be excited like us when he showed progress. We were very sad when he turned 3 and aged out of the daycare. I know the teachers miss him and I'm sure my son misses them too. Academically they do a lot of learning fun activities for the kids and provide sufficient outdoor playing time. Overall they offer a great program and I would recommend them!! PS. My daughter has been going to Kiddie Crest for almost a year now (since 17 months) and man do I love it. I had difficulty finding a daycare and they worked with us in everything. I don't even know where to start! This daycare has been more than amazing for my daughter. She has been here for a little over a year and she loves it. The teachers here are all so sweet and extremely patient with the kids. Obviously as a parent we worry our kids will get mistreated or ignored at daycare but this place has given me no worries at all. They do so much arts and crafts. My son has been at this facility for a year now and I've been greatly disappointed for my son has been sick every other month with a cold, ear or eye infection, and Covid during his stay there which has resulted in all my sick hours and Covid pay to be completely depleted. I visited this day care a few days ago since I saw and read the good reviews. I was looking for a day care for my 15 months old son. The environment was not convenient for infants and toddlers. I toured the infant room. It was super small and there was nothing on the ground. It really broke my heart. All the toys were very old and dirty. The day care is located next to the very busy way. Beyond happy my son attends here, he has been attending for 1 year. My nieces also attended about 6 years ago and I didn't think twice about enrolling my son when I returned back to work.
