I would 100% recommend Kiddie Crest. Ms.Leza was extremely helpful during the tour, and enrollment process. I received messages and photo updates during my sons transition into the toddler class. All of the teachers go above and beyond with planning daily activities and also go out of their way to celebrate parents during Mothers/Father's Day. Which is extremely sweet. I saw a big growth in my sons literacy development. He is able to recognize letters at the age of 2 and that is because of his teachers at Kiddie Crest. They also speak Spanish which is also. Overall, we were all very happy at Kiddie Crest.

Both of my kids attended Kiddie Crest and they loved the school. All the teachers there are nice and attentive to the kids and the parents. I am so lucky to have found this daycare. They truly love the kids and take great care of them. The activities are always fun and they teach the kids so much. Potty training was a breeze and I credit the staff on doing most of the training. I recommend this daycare to anyone looking for care for a little one. They will learn and grow so much at this daycare.

    Growing up

My daughter started at Kiddie Crest at 6 months old on the infant side, she was well taken care of and I was always informed on her day and overall progress. She transitioned to the toddler section where she learned, made friends, and worked on daily activities. The staff at Kiddie Crest had been amazing, my daughter feels right at home and has a special relationship with each of the teachers. I appreciate Kiddie Crest for taking such great care of of my little girl. If you are looking for a daycare for your little one I strongly recommend you consider this daycare, after I started here I knew my daughter was in amazing hands and as a parents that's the goal. Thank you Kiddie Crest OUR little one is graduating. My new infant will be starting in 2025.

I was initially sold by the DIVERSITY, exciting summer themed weeks they were having, the securely gated entry, technology check-in and out system, the fact that they use ClassDojo for communication and photos of what the children do throughout the day, and small class sizes (2 teachers to 12 children). Additionally, the atmosphere is spacious, colorful, and clean. I loved the organized and structured schedule and that they're actually learning rather than it being a regular daycare. Being a Christian school was a bonus for us! What moved this school over the edge was the in-school opt-in enrichment opportunities: music class, karate, dance/gym. AND the hours are perfect for working families like us. My son started here at age 2, not potty trained. Potty training was barely on our radar but his teacher, Ms. Demmy, worked with him and one day randomly told me that he's ready and to only bring underwear the following week. I was shook! But he was officially potty trained at 2.5 years old! If it were just on us, he definitely wouldn't have been until after age 3. We are so thankful. Later on to my surprise, they sent home Trimester Report Cards evaluating their necessary milestones for their designated age. I was blown away and it helped us to know what areas we needed to work on at home for him. As an educator, this was so impactful, because I didn't expect report cards until elementary school! This has been so valuable to track his progress overtime now that he's 4-years-old. The teachers and director here are phenomenal. Super attentive, open, kind. They model behavior, teach values and character, and maintain high expectations. And they appear as if they actually love their job and my child, and that means a lot to me. Creative Day lives up to their name. They're SO creative! From the arts and crafts they do weekly to the fun activities they do. Some of the most memorable are how elaborate the Trunk or Treat & Christmas Programs are, family picnics, and the first ever Preschool Prom! And how can I forget PARENTS' NIGHT OUT!!! Once a month, they host a parents' night out for $35 to keep children until 11pm. As someone who doesn't have family nearby, my husband & I try to take advantage every month, so we don't have to actively seek a babysitter. This has been such a blessing that most schools don't offer! Before Creative Day, my child attended 2 previous preschools in Bellflower, and we were unsatisfied. Finding Creative Day has been the perfect fit and I dread the day he ages out. We plan to keep him here through Kindergarten because we know it'll be so challenging to find any other school that can remotely compare. People ask us all the time which school my child goes to because he speaks so clearly, is well-adjusted, and smart. I attribute so much of who he is today to Creative Day. If you're looking for a high-quality Preschool with academic preparation and a fun experience for your child and family, this is the place to be. You won't find anything else better in Bellflower.

As a parent, I was heartbroken and worried about how he would adjust. Ms. Katy, the Director, gave me hope when she assured me that they would work with both Kayden and me. On his second day, he continued to struggle, but his teacher, Tiffany, reassured me that things would get better. Together, we shared ideas to help with his transition. Since then, Kayden has made amazing progress. The crying and screaming have greatly improved, and today my tears were happy tears. Creative Day Preschool never gave up on my child. I highly recommend this school to any parent looking for a caring and supportive environment. Thank you, Ms. Katy, Director of Creative Day Preschool, Teacher Tiffany, and the entire staff for helping my son feel at home.

The class was always full of creative lessons, thoughtful themes, and special events with cute dress-up days that made preschool such a memorable experience. This school goes above and beyond to provide appropriate, individualized care for every child. They offer every opportunity for children to receive high quality learning experiences and diverse cultures. Their teachers are also incredibly knowledgable about child development which is surprisingly rare among preschools. My son has been attending since early 2022, and he has grown in so many ways! We are a primarily English and Vietnamese speaking home, so it has been really cool to watch him also learn and utilize Spanish on a regular basis due to his education at BESA. He also has a strong desire to learn to read, and his gross motor skills have come such a long way because of the daily opportunities he gets to run outside and play with peers! He also used to be a very picky eater, but since attending BESA he has begun to expand his palate and will try just about anything. He has also cultivated a love and appreciation for animals and nature itself, I believe due to his time in and around the school garden and its bunnies. During apple season, he would come home almost every day with an apple from the tree in their play yard. Green apples are now his absolute favorite fruit! BESA does accept subsidized care which has been a godsend. I thought because I could not afford preschool on my own, my son's educational opportunities would be limited. Not only has my son learned and grown so much (showing off the yoga, Spanish, math, and letters he learns daily), but BESA has also championed ME as a mom and human being! Their support has encouraged and allowed me to return to school and work which has given our family the chance it deserves to grow as a whole. Finally (though I could go on and on), I am grateful for their support of my family's unique parenting experience. My son's dad lives out of state, and we include bonus mama in our parenting decisions. BESA has gone above and beyond to make all three of us feel like equal partners in our son's education and development. They have been responsive and supportive each time we hit a behavioral challenge with our son, and they have been great with ensuring we are all involved and informed with their next steps as well as genuinely asking how they can support practices we already have at home. BESA really does intentionally hit all the parts of their name. High quality bilingual education, appreciation and cultivation of environmental science, intentional incorporation of all the arts (dance, music, visual, etc), which have supported academic development and absolute thriving socioemotional growth. Grateful to BESA in so many ways. If you're considering attending or getting on the waitlist, do NOT wait. Best early education decision I could have made for our family was attending BESA!

The last straw was when I spoke with the principal about having a parent teacher conference. I did not speak with my daughter about this and called the principal in the car after forgetting I was off for the day. After the conversation, I decided I would pick my daughter up early, instead of driving home and having to turn around and get her. I picked her up and she told me all about how the teacher and her aid loudly spoke in front of the class about how she's not going to meet with me and she's tired of me complaining. I knew she couldn't of made it up, because I just called and spoke with the principal in the CAR and now I'm picking her up 30 mins after the conversation and my 8 year old knew every detail. She said it made her feel uncomfortable and embarrassed.I did follow up with the principal about that. The next week front offices attitudes greatly shifted towards me. That same week, my daughter was accused of writing a note and was verbally reprimanded. Upon investigating it was found that an older student in the bathroom told her to write the note. That was the same student who "found " her with the note and reported her. It was clearly a set up because the older student did not receive any reprimand. There was no follow up and my daughter's verbal reprimand remained. No! I pulled her out at the end of the semester! Another parent pulled their child the following week. Some parents love it and have been there for years no problem so it honestly just depends.

Highly don't recommend any parent to put their children in this school . My daughter attended this…read moreschool since kindergarten, and while things started out fine, her last two years here were very disappointing. The staff are consistently disrespectful and rude, often speaking to the children in an outrageous and unprofessional manner. My child, along with many others, would frequently complain about how the staff treated them--not only during school hours, but also in before- and after-school programs. I had to visit the office several times to address these concerns with the principal, but there was never a real solution. Instead of handling situations appropriately, the staff seems to write students up for the smallest issues--forgetting that kids are just being kids, and not every situation warrants a disciplinary report. The front office staff are equally unprofessional, often speaking disrespectfully to parents and even gossiping about families and students with other staff. This creates unnecessary drama and a toxic environment. Rather than uplifting children, this school tears them down. It claims to be a Christian school, but sadly, the values and conduct of the staff do not reflect Christian principles. After everything my daughter and I experienced, I ultimately made the difficult decision to withdraw her from this school.
