would give this daycare 0 stars if I could…read more I pay a lot of money out of my own pocket for my child to attend this daycare. As a single mother, I work hard to provide quality care because I expect my child to be safe, cared for, and treated properly. One of the biggest concerns I had was that my child was not fed according to the feeding schedule that I personally provided and that the daycare agreed to follow. During enrollment, they made a huge deal about labeling every bottle and following my child's feeding schedule. However, after dropping my child off at 7:15 a.m., he was not fed until approximately 11:36 a.m.--more than 4 hours later. My child currently has difficulty eating solid foods and relies on formula, which I fully explained before enrolling him. Jay acknowledged this and agreed that the daycare would work with my child's feeding needs. When I went to ask why my child had not been fed according to the agreed-upon schedule, instead of addressing my concern, the director, Jenna, immediately asked me, "Why are you here if you feel like your kid is unsafe here?" And said AFTER 20 years of directing she never seen this problem before, supposedly she's a mother self if she cared so much for kids she would be talking back with her remarks and her attitude she will be handling her issues, WHICH I found that response extremely unprofessional. Rather than answering my question or helping me understand what happened, she was quick with remarks, talked over me, and became defensive can't get two sentences out to My concern was simply to understand why my child had gone over four hours without being fed, but I still never received a clear answer. To make matters worse, after I raised this concern, Jenna informed me that my child would no longer be allowed to attend the daycare. From my perspective, it felt like my child was being removed because I questioned their care and expected accountability, rather than because my concerns were addressed. My child also became very sick while attending this daycare, which only added to my concerns about the cleanliness of the facility. From what I personally observed, the school did not appear to be cleaned or sanitized the way I expected for a childcare center. After my experience, I went back and read other reviews, and I realized that many parents had raised similar concerns. Looking back, I wish I had read them before enrolling my child. To the owner, Jay: before responding to this review, please focus on addressing parents' concerns instead of protecting the daycare's reputation. Parents trust you with the most important people in their lives--their children. When concerns are raised, they deserve honest answers and accountability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this daycare to any parent. ( I WILL MAKE SURE THIS PLACE GET A 2.1 RATING ON ALL PLATFORMS AND KATY RATING AS WELL ) DONT LET THAT ( SO CALL OWNER JAY ) CONVINCE YOU TO LET YOUR CHILD ATTEND THIS DAYCARE !!

This place is absolutely unacceptable and should not be trusted with any child. On my baby's very…read morefirst day, she was left crying for long periods without being picked up, comforted, or soothed. An infant in a new environment needs care, reassurance, and attention--not to be ignored and forced to "cry it out." That alone was disturbing. The Cuban lady and the Ms Vivi in the infant room are horrible. What's even worse is the clear neglect. My child was left in a wet and dirty diaper for over THREE HOURS, which resulted in a diaper rash. That is not just careless--it is neglect. No licensed daycare should ever allow this to happen. This kind of behavior is something that should be reported to the proper authorities. On top of the poor care, the management is dishonest. (Owner and director Arlene) I was charged $150 for a registration fee after being told it would be waived. They later promised a refund, but of course, it was never returned. We only attended for one and a half days, yet they still kept the money. Between the neglect, lack of basic infant care, and outright lying about fees, this place has shown it CANNOT be trusted. I would NEVER recommend this daycare to any parent. If you care about your child's safety, comfort, and well-being, stay far away!!

The experiences could not have been more different. The staff overall never seemed to know what was going on. Every day we would pick him up, the teachers would barely speak to us and because they were not fully filling out the communications portal, we had no idea how his day was. This brand has great curriculum and we saw our son grow tremendously at his prior location. Here, the kids just play all day while the staff stand around. It wasn't until the last week we were there that we started getting any hint that they were being taught the curriculum. There were also numerous times we picked him up and he had a full diaper, dried poop on his bottom, or he was in new clothes but we were not given the original clothes to take home to wash. We pulled our son after a month due to all of those reasons. I truly hope their staff gets trained up and leadership enforces the processes and standards these kids deserved. I will say, the morning staff (especially the woman who is in the 2 year old room) we dropped him off with were very friendly, he was comfortable with them, he always looked like he was having fun in the photos we got, and we never were concerned for his well being. Ultimately we just needed to do what was in the best interest of our son and find a better childcare facility with stronger communication and where we believe the students are growing and developing.

For example, the staff members talked a lot of nonsense about my child to the point that they were diagnosing him as if they are medical professionals. They have no sense of feeling what the child/parent might feel. They are COLD! The staff there need to be retrained & the owners need to ensure the wellbeing of the children instead of opening similar facilities like a mushroom. What a business model! Internal Quality is far better than making the walls and floors shine. People, please do not get fooled by how this place looks. My 5 year old twins LOVE to read. They are excited about learning and before bed each night, they want to get their books and read to us. The most valuable asset of the school are its teachers. He…read morewas always treated kindly, and we appreciate the care and effort that his classroom teachers provided during his time there. Unfortunately, our experience with the administration was much different. When our family needed to withdraw our son, we provided three weeks' notice. We were informed that because we did not provide a full four weeks' notice, the school would retain our entire deposit. While we understand that policies exist for a reason, keeping the full deposit over a one-week difference felt unnecessarily rigid and disappointing, especially given the significant financial investment families make to attend this school. What was most frustrating was the lack of flexibility and consideration for our family's circumstances. A partial refund or compromise would have felt much more reasonable and demonstrated that the school values its relationship with families beyond simply enforcing policies. We also noticed a high amount of staff turnover during our time there. While we cannot speak to the reasons behind it, it was something that stood out to us. Additionally, several staff members we interacted with did not seem particularly happy or supported in their roles, which raised concerns for us about the overall culture of the school. If your primary concern is the day-to-day classroom experience, we had positive interactions with our son's teachers. However, if customer service, administrative flexibility, and financial fairness are important factors in your decision, I would encourage you to carefully consider those aspects before enrolling. For a school that requires a substantial financial commitment from families, we expected a more reasonable and family-centered approach. I will include that administration did offer what they described as an adjustment by allowing us to hold our deposit and apply it toward a future enrollment, and they stated that they would not charge another deposit if we chose to return. They appeared to view this as good customer service and a reasonable accommodation. However, these options were not helpful in our family's circumstances, and the school was aware of the reasons we were leaving. Re-enrolling was not a realistic option for us, so offering to preserve the deposit for a future enrollment did not address the actual issue we were facing. While we appreciate that an alternative was offered, it felt like a solution that the administration knew we would not be able to use, rather than a meaningful effort to work with our family on a fair resolution.

Certainly she was not fired for anything if she was allowed to continue the full work day, which I feel is very unprofessional and even the hardest thing ever for her. They also do not even care how we the parents feel when making drastic decisions to our children's lives, when we are the ones keeping the business afloat.
