Absolutely the worst business of any type I've ever dealt with, in our areas there are no other companies doing this work so they enjoy a monopoly they didn't earn and don't deserve. Ive been waiting a year for some finishing work and have been told repeatedly that we are not a priority because "some people don't have water" and "we can't keep up with all the jobs we have now". A smart businessman would see an opportunity to hire some help and grow a client base, this guy sees this as an obstacle between him and a tree stand. I witnessed first hand…read morewhat kind of a butcher well business these people are operating, i called for an estimate for a stary to finish new well installation,owner came out and gave me an estimate for $15k. Which was 5k.over the first two estimates,I asked why? He claimed he uses American parts, I gave him the job and he came out the next day wanting payment first, I regretfully paid first,that's when the nightmare started, he destroyed two trees and landscaping getting the rig on my property also sinking his truck two foot deep ruts throughout my lawn, started to drill ,and all the gray cement like muck that came out of the ground,the dumped it all over my evergreens and shrubs so that they didn't have to remove it,just hide it, then even tho they struck water at 135ft. He lied to me and said it took 180ft.so that he can charge me more money, then they dug the property to run the waterline and destroyed two ceramic drain tiles without telling me, they just threw dirt over the d broken tiles to cover it up,then they took a sledge hammer to my cinder block wall to my basement and made a one ft. Wide hole for a 1 in.waterline and just left the busted up cinder block,so that when it rained that night my whole basement got a foot of water from it., they also destroyed my electrical box and took the power source from my clothes dryer to wire the well pump,so that I'm now without power for my dryer,and left a ton of cut wires all over and my electrical box uncovered and hanging circuits live. I also must tell you,all that B's about American made parts.. a big lie! The well pump went out two weeks after the installed it,and every part they installed stamped "CHINA" and he blocked my number to avoid talking to me! Because he knows what he is! A thief! And a butcher! You have been warned. It cost me a total of 25k.to clean up and right all of his wrongs and this is why I'm telling everyone to avoid this butcher!! You have been warned.

They waived the gas detector around for 5 minutes and nothing. So while I had them, I asked for a quote for a tankless water heater to kill two birds and never got that. The BILL was $331!!!!!! I could have bought several gas detectors for that price. Not only that, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them several times (once on 12/24/25 and then again on 2/12/26) to verify they coded the bill right and they refused to return my call and just started jacking on service charges to the bills. I will never use this company again. Beware.

The crappy thing is, I had to find this out on my own. The guys shut off the valve. Then never turned it back on. So when I went to turn it on, it flooded the valve box. Called that company and they advised it could've cracked due to another cause (but that's another review for later) getting no help from the egress contractor, I called TCI, they were busy, but said they could get out in two days, they were courteous, accommodating, did quality work, for a reasonable price. They were on time, diagnosed the issue straight away and completed the job quickly (2 hours) I got the bill about a month later. Very reasonable!! Would highly recommend!
