This place killed a whole afternoon and caused me to miss a 3:30 appointment because it took them over 2 hours to put 4 tires on a car. Their excuse was that's how it takes. Sorry John O'Neil Toyota it's not! Average new 4 tire install takes 45 minutes to one hour. This was the first and last time I will buy tires from here. I will stick with reliable mom and pop locals for now on.

During that time, the vehicle was transferred to our Kansas City office, and the employee was assigned a different vehicle as he still needed a vehicle for his job. When the part finally came in, we arranged for it to be shipped to a Kansas City dealer for installation. However, on the day it was scheduled to ship, Paul Johnson, the owner, intercepted the boxed part - already prepared with a UPS shipping label - and sold it to another customer he deemed "more important." This decision has left our company vehicle idle again for months, disrupting our operations. We have a team of 10 employees in this area, and I've instructed all of them to never use this dealership again. The lack of professionalism and disregard for our business needs is unacceptable.

They took my SUV, and didn't apply my equity, jacked up the price of a 2012 BMW that had been in an accident, and overcharged me. I just recently got rid of the BMW that had a permanent parking place in the Jackson BMW service center. Thank God for the warranty or I would have been out of a lot more money that that Meridian BMW Dealership jacked me for. That car with repairs ended up costing BMW in excess of $30,000... with the combined repairs and loaned cars they had to give me each time. I still ended up having a negative equity of $6000.00. My experience should be enough warning for you to shop only at CARMAX... I just purchased a good used vehicle from the Jackson CARMAX... And I can thank the greedy salesmen and finance people at Meridian BMW for giving me such a bad experience that I will NEVER buy another car from a dealer other than CARMAX again. Heeding to this warning could save you a lot of financial hardship. When making a big purchase like a car or a house the last thing you need is to be ripped off by some greedy salesman... I believe that what goes around comes around... if you do harm to others, it will circle back to you. Good luck in your search for a car. I called back a few days later and spoke with a gentlemen he assisted me and scheduled the appointment for 830 the following week. I show up to my 830 appointment; however my car didn't get taken back until 905. The waiting area doesn't offer any refreshments, there is a vending machine near the service area. I expect more of BMW this is my first and last time ever visiting this location! After 3 hours of waiting my vehicle is finally done! I ask the gentlemen can I have a copy of what was done today, his response "do you want me to mail it to you"? Of course not can you give me a copy or how about email it to me! I will never patronize this place again! Worst Service I have ever received!
