They took my SUV, and didn't apply my equity, jacked up the price of a 2012 BMW that had been in an accident, and overcharged me. I just recently got rid of the BMW that had a permanent parking place in the Jackson BMW service center. Thank God for the warranty or I would have been out of a lot more money that that Meridian BMW Dealership jacked me for. That car with repairs ended up costing BMW in excess of $30,000... with the combined repairs and loaned cars they had to give me each time. I still ended up having a negative equity of $6000.00. My experience should be enough warning for you to shop only at CARMAX... I just purchased a good used vehicle from the Jackson CARMAX... And I can thank the greedy salesmen and finance people at Meridian BMW for giving me such a bad experience that I will NEVER buy another car from a dealer other than CARMAX again. Heeding to this warning could save you a lot of financial hardship. When making a big purchase like a car or a house the last thing you need is to be ripped off by some greedy salesman... I believe that what goes around comes around... if you do harm to others, it will circle back to you. Good luck in your search for a car. Remember that CARMAX has up front pricing, no haggling and transparency in all sales. You will know the vehicle history before you purchase the car... not when you bring it in for a trade.

I show up to my 830 appointment; however my car didn't get taken back until 905. The waiting area doesn't offer any refreshments, there is a vending machine near the service area. I expect more of BMW this is my first and last time ever visiting this location! After 3 hours of waiting my vehicle is finally done! I ask the gentlemen can I have a copy of what was done today, his response "do you want me to mail it to you"? Of course not can you give me a copy or how about email it to me! I will never patronize this place again! Worst Service I have ever received!

They told me the price and to get me to come, they offered to install them for free. So, I was on my way to this auto parts store. Once arrived, I walked in the store and within 6 steps into the store, I was greeted and asked " can I help you". I told them what I wanted and paid for it. And sure enough, they installed them for me for free. One tip is to download the Advanced Auto Parts App to save money. I used the App to save $5 on my windshield wipers. Now, Its the Simple Truth: That is great customer service.

The associate who answered (after I called 3X and let it ring over and over) said "we are closed", I said the website shows you are open for 5 more minutes. He said yeah but we are closed. I said my son will be there before you close and told him what we needed. He said we are closed, I asked if he will leave a family of 6 stranded on the highway, really?? He said hold please. Then as soon as the clock hit 7:59, the line went dead. My son texted and called at 7:58 from the front of the store which was least locked up and no one answered when he knocked. As a business owner, I cannot even begin to to express my shock and outrage over this interaction.
