I prefer a written format for better clarity, which I shared with Elliot - staff wore uniform, and looked sharp Just like with anything in life, there are improvement areas. In this case, it was around task scheduling, employee work-life balance, and project progress clarity. I shared this feedback privately with the owner, and he assured me that he will consider this and take the required actions. He also shared that there were some unforeseen, unique challenges during my project, which contributed to some of these challenges. Overall, all good.
