I was immediately impressed with the level of service, professionalism and attention to detail that Corrinna provided. More importantly, she took the time to understand what my goals and concerns were prior to recommending specific products and drawing up an investment plan. She is down to earth and breaks things down so they're easy to understand. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Corrinna to anyone.

Having been away from the islands for many years, Mark helped me to file back income taxes which I didn't know I had to file, and to help with my tax refund for proceeds withheld. It was a net $25,000 gain after a lot of work on his part. He is so awesome to work with and I strongly recommend him for people not residing in Hawaii to help walk through Hawaii's unique tax laws. He will work with you to make sure you are on task and help guide you through the process. Can't say enough about how great it was to work with him through a grueling process.

The left hand and right hand do not know what they are doing. The branch manager will promise to call and update you, it's all words. Would not recommend this bank to anyone. I closed my accounts. Horrible experience. If you deposit checks, be precautionary for a "account review" to have big brother look behind your activities. You may not be doing anything wrong. They are looking for potential wrong. In the end, those random account review I was educated take 10-14 business days while checks are frozen and funds on hold. Since HECO sold the bank due to lack of funds needed to keep a float, they are not as friendly anymore. Very much a I don't care attitude. Not sure if they will last since selling out. I opened a mainland bank. I have 4 other homes in the mainland, I paid my home taxes, my car registration and had enough to cover everything! Yet they will play games with the process. I'm letting everyone know this isn't the same ASB prior to the sale from HECO. I was a AVP/Branch manager for over 16 years at BofA, this blew my mind, they chose to put the cart before the horse. no return calls back for anything!
