I appreciate her honesty. I had several things I wanted repaired/altered, and she gave me exact…read moreestimates for all of them. I desperately wanted two specific items of clothing shortened significantly. After I tried them on and she had a chance to examine them, she openly told me she could not do it without ruining the garments. I didn't exactly get what she was saying, so she showed me with pins, and I realized I couldn't get in or out of the garments. Also, a flat sheet I brought in had several tears. I fixed one at home, but it looked like bad surgery. Her first response was to turn it into rags (brutal but probably true). However, they were a wedding gift and have sentimental value. She gave me an estimate on fixing the other rips, but told me what I had already done was sufficient. Although rough looking, she promised that my technique had accomplished what was necessary to make the sheet serviceable. She didn't decline the job completely, but she forthrightly let me know I could save the money if I chose to. So on my first visit, her integrity saved me a lot of money on something I could do at home, and on two things that couldn't be done at all. I ended up not leaving her anything to be repaired, but I am absolutely sold on her integrity and ethics. Parking is very limited and rather awkward.

He greeted us immediately and asked what we were looking for. My fiancé is very tall and slender and not a suit person. We described what he needed and our price point. Pretty effortlessly Josh picked out the most amazing suit for my fiancé's physique. Just to be sure Josh picked out a few other looks but he's so good that we ended up snagging the first look he picked. He really knows his craft so well and was so good at pairing additional items like a shirt, matching tie to my dress and the perfect shoes. I think it's truly special how good Josh is at his craft. As if we weren't already impressed enough with him we watched as he multitasked assisting other clients effortlessly while still making us his primary focus. Answering the phone, retrieving orders for clients and greeting everyone. I also must mention our toddler was with us and he is a ball of energy and Josh was very patient with him running around. They even had alterations come out and Mark the suit. They could've gave it to us this night but they were closing soon so we told them we were fine with next day pickup which is still incredible in my opinion. Overall it was a amazing experience. 10/10 stars. We can't wait to get all our future suits here. We are getting married this year hopefully so a groom suit is certainly in check and Josh will be our go-to man.
