Graydon Hall Apartment - not my kitchen

    Graydon Hall Apartment

I lived at 100 Graydon hall like 10 years ago before moving to a condo. I lived at 100 first in a…read moretwo bedroom suite facing south, which was very nice. Facing Graydon manor, with great unobstructed exposure to sunlight. The room and living room is very spacious. The only downsides is that you need use a key to get into the rundown garage, and one lady at the management was extremely rude and disrespectful. Then I moved into a three bedroom unit at 150 facing north. Much cheaper, but regrettably this suite has suffered very serious cockroach infestation. This was a bad call, since they made few attempts to fix but it never worked:( Besides, it's generally a decent and safe community, with nice people around you, compare to a great number of rental properties across Toronto

I am a current tenant in 50 Graydon Hall (there's 3 buildings owned by the same company) and this…read moreplace is disgusting. There is still a huge cockroach issue, the laundry machines are almost broken, there's next to no visitor parking, the kitchen is TINY so if you have extra appliances then good luck fitting them in and finding extra counter space to cook. This isn't so much an issue with 50 but management has known for years that maintenance has been a serious issue for tenants and all requests are ignored. For instance, the elevators are in horrible condition in building 150 and nothing has been done about it. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

    The Ice Condos

Rented a room on the 65th floor for 5 days…read more It's a bit confusing figuring out whet the lobby is from the parking garage, as they are separate. It would be nice if they labeled the floor number with the parking spot number to make sure there is no confusing. Parking is the shorter entrance as the parking garage goes underground. Look for the yellow clearance sign with two arms and a call button to enter. The parking area or location wasn't really clear on the original notice. We had to go through the parking elevator down to the lobby/concierge. You must check in, input info, take pics of your driver's license, booking info. Need your car license plate. Concierge will fob you to take the elevator up to your floor. It's on the 65th floor and is way at the top. Goes up to the 67th floor here at the Ice apartment building. The room is mostly IKEA and quite cheaply decorated. The night stands and dining chairs have gouges all over the place. The bed is cheap and small. The bedroom and apartment is fully exposed to daylight. There are no window treatments or blinds to the sun or daylight. The glass panels for the bedrooms are just glass. It feels like we are in a fish bowl. Bathroom is quite small, but hopefully functional. The bath towels were wet while rolled on the bed. Looking out and hanging out of your window is quite unnerving. You are way up here. Don't drop your phone. No coffee maker here, but at least there is a water heater kettle. The sheets look dirty on my side of the bed. The dishwasher isn't bolted in, so be careful when loading the top shelf. Crazy to be in the middle of clouds and fog when you can't see the top of the skyscrapers. Different when you are in one of the skyscrapers on the top floor. The elevator on one of the three for the high rise moves quickly. We had to check in at the lobby, that was a bit of a pain in the butt.

The most terrible place to live. Building without the necessary infrastructure, elevators break…read moredown all the time, elevators do not function properly. Security guards intimidating residents, disrespectful security guards, security guards stealing belongings in the garage. Homicides, more than one homicide in the building among residents in 2025. Suicide at the beginning of 2026. The building is extremely poorly frequented, building management provides no support at all, no customer service. On the contrary, they do not help you and make the situation worse. In summary, I would never recommend it. It is better to live in hell than to live at Ice Condos. Not worth the illusion of being in front of Centaur, of having that pool and that sauna. The pool and sauna are not even working; to be completely honest, they've been broken for over three months with no timeline for repair. And don't be fooled by the images. The building is horrible, homeless people living in the hallway outside the building, zero security, horrible.
