Stopped in and got a KFC pot Pie and 2 Taco Supremes. Got to the hotel in about 10 minutes. When I unwrapped the tacos, both were grease soaked and the hard shell was in 2 pieces. One was missing half of the shell on on side. It looked like a new place and wouldn't last long with food service like that. read more

Just placed an order online with this KFC. It was not quite ready when I arrived ( which was pretty fast). I don't live here so have no previous experiences with this particular KFC. They told me it would be a few more minutes and offered to compensate with extra sides. I declined, but when they offered chocolate chip cookies I said , "sure!" Food was ok, what was available. We had the buffet there was about a half a spoon in the pan and it was dried up and crusty, there was 4 biscuits and they where hard as a rock. But that wasn't the worst part. The whole crew was in the kitchen area and they were cutting up and goofing off, and were so loud that everyone in the dining room was talking about them. Absolutely the worst service and attitude ever from the cashier Kelsy. Asked for a 2 piece MEAL which every where else comes with a drink and she said I did not order a meal and that they do not come with drinks. Had to pay an additional $4.50 to get drinks. Not the first time I had issues with the same cashier. Ordered a meal and asked for potato salad off the buffet and she said they can and will not do that. I have stopped here a couple of times and it's very slow, doesn't matter if you are inside or in the drive thru. But yesterday was the worst, I sat behind a car that was at the order station for 5 minutes I almost pulled out of line but I was stuck in between 2 cars. From the time they took my order until I had pulled out of the drive thru it was 13 minutes add to that the time I waited for them to take the order of the person in front of me (they were not taking her order she was waiting) it ends up being around 20 minutes for a drive thru visit. When I got to the window the lady says you got popcorn chicken I said no I got the breast meal with potato wedges she says oh ok and then yells out to someone what she needs, I got home to find that my potato wedges were 2 wedges and some crumbs, the chicken was over cooked and dry, the biscuit and the cookie were good. With the service being so awful I think I will go across the street to Bojangles and give them a try. read more

We were traveling so parked and went in. There was one cashier and three people in line in front of us. It took about 10 minutes before we got up to the cash register. Another woman had been waiting off to the side this whole time. The cashier finally asked her what she needed and all the woman needed was a packet of sauce. We ordered a K11 and they forgot to put the popcorn chicken in it. They also put two mashed potatoes in it but the receipt said mashed potatoes and coleslaw. We ordered a K10 and after we paid they told us they didn't have any legs and gave us two thighs and a wing. They also gave us corn and coleslaw and we had asked for corn and mashed potatoes. We ordered a meal deal C from the Taco Bell menu and they forgot to put the Doritos in it. We got our food to go so had to go back in to get this fixed. Still one cashier. Still a line in front of me. So I walked up to the side and when no one was talking I informed the cashier that we were missing a few things from our order. She said she would be with me in a minute and finished the transaction. And she walked off and I thought she was getting a manager but she came back with gloves on and proceeded to fill the order for the person she had just rung up. He hadn't gotten his food yet but I had in mine was getting cold! The manager walked by and I stopped her and explain that we were missing some things from our order. She asked the cashier to get them for me and the cashier stopped filling the order she was working on and gave me the items I was missing. read more

Love to go here. The service is at least decent and the. Chicken could actually pass as chicken (compared to other places) it takes a minute or two to get your food but sitting at the little bar near the front is so cool. Great choice if u like tacos too.. (TACO BELL)! read more
