Ordered a Chicken dish and a lamb dish, with rice and nan bread. Oh my goodness!. The food was an utter disgrace. Flavourless and bland. Very greasy. The nan was swimming in oil. Worst off all there were big lumps of lamb in my chicken dish!. Called the takeout to tell them what happened. Management called us back. We took the chicken dish with the lamb in back to show them what they had done. The remainder of the tripe was thrown into the bin. There was no apology. A weird explanation of "just some people like chicken and lamb mixed together". If I had wanted that do you not think I would have asked?!. I explained that I didn't like lamb and to think of the consequences of they had mixed beef into a Hindu or Sikhs food or pork into a muslims food. It escalated into a disagreement with the management being very offensive and altogether rude!. No way to conduct business. Initially they tried to refund the dish with the mixed meats, not taking into consideration that the rest of the food was dreadful. The result finally being that they returned our money, mainly due to the fact that the discussion was heated and that they were worried that other customers were going to run off. Oh and the fact of the threat of taking the dish and the order slip that clearly stated a separate chicken and lamb dish to trading standards. I certainly do not recommend this place any longer. One can only presume it has been taken over by some riff-raff. Much finer food and far better customer service to be had in the Indian restaurants/takeouts of Olney. Competition will soon oust this disgrace of a business.

The people we were with for dinner had to leave as their son had to get home so he didn't eat. The delivery driver had no clue what was going on. I rang and complained and the lady on the phone could of cared less. She said she would speak to her manager and call me back... we then opened the food and £10 of it was missing. So we didn't even get what we ordered. I called her back and she said she couldn't even look at the order until the driver was back as they had no record. Don't see how they could have no record of the order considering it was ordered online and by paypal so I even had an email copy of the order. She said she would call me back... 3days later no call. Called again and got what i can only assume is the manager. And all he did was laugh!!! I kid you not, he laughed at the fact that the order could of not possibly been 2hours to arrive, and that things were missing. And also he asked no questions about what my order even was, and have no idea. So my guess is that the lady didn't say a word to the manager and they literally do not care. Basically my advice, the poorest customer service I have received in years. No refunds, no money, no care given by this company. We will never order from them again and I advise you not to also. They have no respect for customer service in my eyes. Waste of £75.

The portions are very substantial at very reasonable prices. In addition to the usual chip shop standards, they offer pizza, kebabs, baked potatoes and curries. You may have to queue for a little while but believe me, it is totally worth as the food is lovely - especially the fish. Opening hours are pretty good (but I think they are closed on Sundays though) and there is parking right outside - although not very much!
