The food has always been very nice when we have brought from there. The customer service has always been very good and if you have any questions about any of the meals available or special requirements then the staff are always willing to do all they can. The price is a very good value for money and the food is of good quality. We have never had to wait to long for the food we have ordered. the only thing that would make this a little better would be to offer a delivery service

Grand Indian should be renamed Atrocious Indian. I ordered 6 items - and 90 minutes later, 3 of…read morethose were missing. I rang them and he insisted I had the missing items - no apology or anything. He then sighed and tutted, making excuses about no drivers available. He eventually but ungrudgingly said hed send the missing food. Half an hour later the delivery driver turned up clutching just the one missing item and of course the cheapest item! I wouldnt order from the Grand Indian if they were the only takeaway in the area or indeed on Earth. The actual curry was very poor too - about 6 small pieces of chicken in lots of sauce. The order came to nearly 12 pounds and a quarter of that I didnt even receive. Criminals, they should be closed down.
