I ordered through UberEats at 8pm and was confused as why three drivers canceled my order. He is rude.He gave me attitude when I was asking about the status of my pickup order.When I approached the pickup window I asked if there was a straw in my bag and he shrugged his shoulders at me, without responding or making any eye contact with me. It's nasty dirty and I must say one of the worst customer experiences I've ever received. After waiting 3 minutes for someone to take my order as the employees walked around like they didn't see me, they got the order wrong and the employee had the nerve to act like I was bothering her. Here's the bonus my elderly father gets out the car because he has to use the restroom. He went to the door and it was locked, so I asked for the key and was told that someone has to let me in because it's for paying customers. I said well I just paid and he needs to go & she took her time. My father was saying please and he started to soil himself, so now she let's him in the bathroom still with an attitude. Yes, I called the manager and I see where her employees get their RUDE attitudes from. She had an attitude because I requested for my order to be corrected and a receipt and of course the printer was not working. I promise you I will never-ever go back to this location or any other locations again. The food was horrible as well. The chicken thighs was about the size of a 50 cent piece. Nonetheless, when I ordered a similar meal she suggested another that would be cheaper with more items than I initially intended . No biscuits with your food although the picture of the meal says it comes with it, you've gotta pay extra for it. 10 tenders 1 sauce, pay for extra. If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a KFC. I arrived around noon on 12/17/17. The store was only accepting the correct change and debt cards. The food was horrible and looked like it was saved from the day before. My biscuit was so hard it was ridiculous (see picture attached). Two females were working on the floor who looked like managers one at the drive through and the other on the front line. The one at the drive through at one point answered a personal call on the line and started fussing with someone on the phone. She asked why the person keep calling her about the other persons baby daddy. I couldn't believe it. She then went on the office and kept yelling. The other girl was very rude on the front line. Another customer took her food back and requested fresh food she had a nerve to roll her eyes at the one and get smart asking do you want another meal or your money back. The women was old enough to be her grandmother. She also keep threatening the staff advising them that they would lose their job if they didn't listen all in front of the customers. Also they only had the small cups. I have never gotten a small cup with my meal. Everyone in there was complaining. The guys on the line were ding a good job the two females need to be fired or retrained. I was really disgusted so much so that I had to write this review almost a week later. Please talk to your staff about the importance of providing great customer service and always showing professionalism. Both skills can be utilized throughout their career once they move on to other jobs. Please see the pictures attached you can look at the food and tell it's not fresh. Now this was noon on a Sunday. So anybody that knows me know I love to cook. So, as we were out shopping we decided to stop at the kfc in the Marlow Heights shopping center. First off the young man in the drive thru kept cutting my husband so no surprise they got our order wrong. I called asked for a manager and understand why he felt like it's alright to be rude because the young lady who is the manager was the same way. Then she says well I'm not going to argue with you save your food and bring it back next time. WTF, I will NEVER EVER PATRONIZE THIS PLACE AGAIN. read more

Horrible service! Horrible food! Just all around bad.. I went to this KFC a little while ago and I completely forgot to post my experience. I ordered a chicken little miniature sandwich and thank God before I pulled off something told me to check the sandwich as I un-wrapped it I saw that there was a corner of mold on the side of the bread I gave it back to the employees immediately. I didn't get an apology or much of anything except my money back of course I also called the health department I have not heard anything from the health department just yet. The only KFC in PG County that I have been to, on multiple occasions, without having to wait 20+ minutes. Like they understand how important it is to have the chicken ready at KFC. The guy even made recommendations for me to get the most for my money when I was ordering different options. I'm sure I looked like a crazy person triple checking my food when I pulled up astounded that my order was already ready. It's 7-10 minutes past the one by my house, but will save me 20 minutes waiting in line/drive thru. read more

Got in line ordered my food and when we got to cashier, she said we don't have any more grilled chicken. So we ordered original chicken and she went over to the cook and came back and said we don't have that either. Ordered a kids meal for my granddaughter and they gave her no napkins or fork . This was at 4:30 pm. The cashier rolled her eyes at me because I said it makes know sense that you run out this early in the evening. Cashier had no change for a $10 bill when ordering a two meal. Trash can overflowing with trash. No wings in regular chicken. There was no line on the inside, but there were plenty of workers.
