Ended up ordering the steak sandwich with fries and had a queso pastry as well. In any case, service was great (order at the counter and seat yourself).

Margaritas were premixed and a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10, wife feels the rating should be more like a .5. We ordered pico gaio and chips for appetizer, steak quesadillas, tacos pastor and tostones. Within 10 minutes we had our food, the tacos were blah, the quesadillas were nothing to write home about, the tostones were rock hard and the mayo ketchup sauce lacked any flavor. Extremely disappointed, after all being in Puerto Rico how can you mess up tostones and mayo ketchup sauce. We were extremely disappointed in the food. The establishment has failed both the Mexican and Puerto Rican cultures. I usually don't leave reviews but the food was bad enough that I think others should know our experience and beware.
