Terrible service, cold food, terrible employees. I wouldn't spend my money here if it was the last place on earth to eat.

I started with the tenders, and they immediately set the tone..crispy, golden, and actually seasoned all the way through (not just relying on sauce to save them). Juicy on the inside, crunch that holds, and flavor in every bite. This is what people think they're getting at chain spots, but rarely do. Then came the sandwich & and this is where they really got my attention. Same perfectly fried chicken, layered on a soft, sturdy brioche bun that didn't fall apart halfway through. Balanced, flavorful, and clearly not an afterthought. If you're a sandwich person, don't skip it. The sauces? Worth exploring. They're not just there for decoration & they elevate everything. Now for the honest part: fries were solid, nicely seasoned, but not the highlight. And I wouldn't recommend delivery..this is a "eat it fresh or you're missing the point" kind of place. Service was quick and friendly, and the vibe is simple, no-frills, and focused on doing one thing really well. Final take: Cleveland has a lot of chicken spots, but this one stands out for flavor alone. It's giving underrated gem energy. Pro tip: go in, order both the tenders and the sandwich, grab extra sauce, and don't plan on sharing. Woman owned business as well & they give you a thank you card instructing you to contact the owner directly if there's anything wrong with your order.

The food is a bit spicy and has a style from another country. It honestly feels like a copy of Raising Cane's, but for the same price the chicken pieces are smaller. I also asked to change my coleslaw, but they told me no, which was disappointing. Overall, it's okay, but there are definitely things they need to improve.

I kept comparing Mr. Chicken to KFC and I gotta say it falls short. Mr. Chicken batter is crunchy and good but it is too salty and not flaky enough. The thigh pieces were a little bit undercooked. I did love the corn muffin much better than their biscuit b/c I never really like the biscuits. Why don't places just do corn muffins instead of biscuits? Anyways, Mr. Chicken's muffins were BOMB--moist, sweet, fluffy, mmmm! But their cole slaw was too watery and liquidy; not enough of the actual slaw. Taste was pretty good but a little too sweet for me. The mashed potatoes and gravy were waaaay too watery. KFC's buttery version is so much better. The gravy was too mixed in with the instant potato whereas the KFC version always has the gravy neatly on top like an ice cream sundae. Prices were kind of higher for the value of the meal and for 2 adults + 1 child, the family chicken meal AND a chicken sandwich was not enough. Also Mr. Chicken is so stingy with the sauce! They don't even HAVE hot sauce packets and anything else like honey mustard or BBQ is an extra charge! KFC had so many varieties and did not charge (or at least they didn't in 2024 and before!).

I only ordered a six-piece wing combo, but it took about 20 minutes to receive my food. I noticed several bags sitting on the counter, so I assumed maybe they were waiting on fries or something. After giving it a few more minutes, I asked the cashier, and she said my order had been sitting there the whole time. What really turned me off, though, was the lack of professionalism. I saw one employee cutting her nails in the back while three others were leaning on the counter watching videos. For a new location, communication and professionalism should be a priority, and unfortunately that wasn't the case here, mind you it wasn't clean either. Overall, not the experience I was hoping for. I'll be taking my family to Buffalo Wild Wings in Aurora instead.

I was told to place my order online because they "don't have a cashier," which already speaks volumes about how poorly this store is managed. After placing the order and coming back inside, I was then told they were out of ranch -- at a Wingstop. Unbelievable. To make it worse, the employee refused to issue a refund, as if customers are supposed to just accept whatever they decide to give out, regardless of what was ordered. No apology, no solution, no accountability. If a business can't keep basic items in stock, staff their front counter, or handle a simple refund appropriately, they shouldn't be open. This location wastes your time and money and clearly has zero regard for customer experience. I was also told they have no veggie sticks. She THEN said she could only offer me a brownie or fries and that's STILL NOT WHAT I ORDERED. CLOSE DOWN.

The atmosphere felt genuine and community-driven. The food was the highlight-easily one of the most creative, thoughtful, and flavorful breakfast experiences I've had in the area in a long time. The originality of the dishes really stood out. The grits, in particular, were excellent-something that's surprisingly easy to get wrong, but they executed perfectly. One of the most impressive aspects was the takeout quality. I ordered a meal to go and didn't eat it until 15-20 minutes later, yet it still held up incredibly well-no reheating needed. That level of consistency is hard to achieve. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this spot to friends and colleagues. The cashier whispered that he should say it is CBD-only flower to avoid getting anyone in trouble...yikes. Anyways, if you can temporarily ignore the total circus environment this place is in then you will experience the best fried chicken and biscuits I've ever had in my life. That's right- out of all of the myriad fried poultry and biscuits from sit down to drive through I've had in my 28 years, this gas station stuff is THE BEST. I've gone three days in a row now and I'm hooked. The thighs and legs are $1.79 ($1.75?) each and the breasts are $2.79 per. Each piece is crispy, crunchy, and hot yet super juicy! Nothing dry here ever. The barbecue sauce is a horrific pinkish red concoction of what must be some sort of depot barbecue sauce tainted with hot sauce and should be avoided at all costs. The biscuits come in honey butter coated regular flavor or glazed blueberry. I normally avoid biscuits and cornbread and the like in general because they always just seem to serve no purpose other than to dry my mouth out and crumble all over everything. These biscuits are DIVINE. They have a slightly crispy outer surface with not moist yet not at all dry interior and are covered in a most sinfully delicious honey butter glaze. They are absolutely ungodly good. The banana pudding in a nearby grab and go cooler is inexplicably $3.99 which is too expensive for a small container even thought it is a nice texture and taste owing to cream cheese in the ingredient list. The cake slices are large and for the same price aren't bad- not dry but not as moist as I'd like either although frosting isn't skimpy. The $1.99 cheesecake slices are to be forgotten. I wrestled with whether to let the cat out of the bag in sharing this gem in the ghetto, but it truly is worth all the business it gets and much more.

It's tucked away in a shopping center and inside there is a small table to sit at and dine in - but we took our food to go. My wife ordered the vegan Philly cheesesteak with sweet potato fries and I ordered the 5 wing combo with sauces fries. While the establishment didn't seem the nicest - we were warmly greeted by the owner and she was very kind in directing us to what food to try and have us some options from the menu. The food - the presentation and portions were definitely fairs. I sampled the fries from both before grabbing a photo - whoops. Sweet potato fries with powdered sugar and caramel sauce on the side was like having dessert first. The batter on the fries was crisp and full of flavor. Almost couldn't stop after one. The sauced fries were great as well - just prepare to get "sticky fingers." Now on to the entrees. The vegan Philly cheesesteak was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were well sautéed and flavor able while delivering a little heat to keep your destructive taste buds from devouring the sandwhich too quickly. The vegan meat itself was almost indistinguishable from real meat per my wife - and I would have to agree. The wings were crisped nicely and the sticky sauce was very delicious. It did not need a dip to go with - and it was eaten all the way down to the bone. We will definitely be back to try out some other delicious foods- both vegan and non vegan.
