There was a long line but they were quick. You order and you don't pay until your tacos are ready which I think it's cool. I think the price per taco is reasonable and everything was really good! Their green salsa is great. The pastor tacos were not amazing but asada and lengua is something we will definitely come back for. Maybe business is doing to well, but let's be honest, the food , your employees lack every ounce of motivation that they want to leave early. Fix your kiosk and replace the table tents there is hardly any when a person places an order. The place makes a lot of money so you can possibly increase wages. I sat in the lobby for a while and they gave me half the order and after another 10 minutes I asked what happened and they said the app does that sometimes. Like really?? And what's sad is that I really have gone to this specific Taco Bell loads of times, but I couldn't review it because one day they give great customer service and then the next day it's the most backwards treatment, as if I'm not a customer at all. The service was excellent and the bacon cheeseburger I had was amazing. The bun was unique and had a sweetness to it. The ingredients were also fresh which made the burger complete.
