I ordered 8 piece leg and thigh meal. Ordered the sides of 1 potato wedge, 2 mash potato and gravy and 1 coleslaw. They gave me 2 potato wedges, 1 single serving of mash potato and gravyon top, and mac and cheese, which i did not order. The chicken was very salty along with potato wedges. Ordered original chicken sandwich and 2-piece meal. A couple behind us ordered 2 pot pies, received their meal, ate it and left and we still did not have ours. Finally an employee asked what we ordered then walked away with no comment. 5 minutes later a 2nd employee asked us if we ordered chicken wings so I showed her our receipt. 45 minutes after we placed our order we were served. Got drive thru order and when we got home and opened the containers, it was upsetting to say the least! The chicken was old and not at all crispy, soggy would be the word, sad, soggy, and old! The sides we just as disappointing. Price was high food was low!! Never again! read more

I waited quite awhile in line after I ordered at the drive thru window (about 12 minutes) then when I got to the window I was asked to pay which wasn't out of the ordinary. The cashier returned and told me they were out of legs and it would be another 15 minutes if I wanted to wait, I said no. The cashier returned with someone else's order which I said thats not mine. She then came back and told me they were out of original recipe & she could give me crispy, I said okay, I waited about 10 minutes at the window. I got home and the fries I ordered were dried up and not worth eating and the crunchy recipe was nothing but grease. Food was ok but the drive through service was the worst I ever experienced - the employee stuck the bag out the window while looking away then dropped it hoping I would catch. Then proceeded to do the same with my drink. The door was shut without any recognition of my presence. They always seem to get one or two things wrong every time me and my father go here to order. Doesn't matter if it's in the drive thru or going inside. The employees inside seem to act like they don't really care about their job or if the orders or correct. There is one employee who seems to try to complete the orders m correctly I can't remember his name taller gentlemen with dark hair normally with a hat on. And it's not very cleanly, tables are always greasy and not wiped off. 2/5 stars. The north belt location is way better. read more

I went to the KFC on south belt in St.Joseph, Mo. I ordered 6 chicken wings and two #16s. I personally watched a man grab my chicken wings with his bare hands and put them in a box then wipe his hands on a towel to get grease off his fingers. No gloves No mask. I have eaten at KFC's all over the United States. I live just outside of Saint Joseph Missouri and the Southbelt KFC has to be the dirtiest KFC I have ever eaten in the bathrooms are dirty the floors are dirty the doors walking into the restaurant are dirty. No matter what time of day or evening that you going to this restaurant they are always out of some type of chicken no matter what and the only excuse you get is oh the grill just started working as if I just start working in the middle of the day. The last four times I've eaten there when I get home and open up my packages my food something is wrong and that's after asking him hey did you get everything in there.
