Then another person came in possibly from a break or just beginning her shift and she was lost too. Told her my name and what I ordered twice and she couldn't find my order at all. Salads were fresh and quite good...the wings...well run as far away as you can get. Probably the worse we have ever ate. Out of the 12 we managed down 4-5 just because we just spend a premium price for pretty low budget food! Service was good this is no reflection on the folks working. They just have to do better...can't do better if you don't hear some truth! Hope it works out for the new owners.

Ours was not ready, so we stood there for 10-15 minutes just watching. She took customers money without gloves on & then proceeded to go right over to the dough area & processed to toss the dough. She then went back to the box area and rummaged through boxes for some containers of sauces, all without washing her hands or putting on gloves. Disgusting!!! I would hope the health department would step in & make them use common sense procedures! 1 & done for us! Sad thing is, that it was in a previous review also & apparently nothing has changed. How to improve- wear gloves when dealing with food!

However, I noticed something that gave me pause. While picking up my order, I saw that employees weren't using gloves or washing their hands between handling food and other tasks. The person who greeted me and grabbed my order went straight back to preparing pizzas without any extra hand hygiene. I think a bit more focus on these small hygiene practices would really go a long way in making an already great experience even better!

Several cars in drive thru as it is pretty popular place. They don't have anything precooked so it does take a few minutes but it is cooked to order and always hot. There were 4 cars in front of me and the first car had a little wait and each car after that was shorter. So by the time we got to window our order was ready. Maybe 10 minutes from order to food. They have smash burger type meat such as Freddy's and steak and shake. I think maybe it has better taste. I will probably come back at least 1/week now I know how good it is. Please be patient and give them a try.
