I have given this location so many tries, but they either screw up the order completely or are out of MANY menu items. Ordered food for pick up at around 5:30 for a 6:00 pickup time did not get food until 6:40, there is no reason for it to take that long for food to be finished. As well the employees were not moving with any sense of purpose even though they said they were busy. The dining room was also atrocious looking with the tables not cleaned. You could also clearly see mold around the A/C vent behind the counter as well. There needs to be many improvements done at this location before I even think about heading back here. read more

Called corporate, explained what happened. She put me on hold, came back to the phone and told me she was sending me a $5 voucher. I went to this one the second time. The first time i received the new nuggets and it was a big disappointment. Most of them were so small and tasty a little burnt. So today I went back and my wife wanted to try them one more time They weren't burnt but some of them we're about as thick as a cardboard box about 1/4 in thick at less. I had a box of crispy leg and two thighs (NOY CRISPY)side of gravy which turned out as potatoes and scared gravy. I had a 20.00 coupon due to a terrible meal at a KFC in Boston and decided to take a friend to the port charlotte one for lunch. the chicken breast was kind if dry and the breading greasy. The mashed potatoes I could have drank they were so watery and the gravy was very salty. the coleslaw did taste good but half was frozen. The biscuit tasted like chemicals, lime bad margarine. The french fries tasted like chicken. Half the tables needed cleaning and it was very cold. The guy at the register was very friendly and helpful. don't go there I wish i could give them a negative 5 review. read more

Horrible customer service rude staff slow in walking and doing their job. Several people left because they refused to make any type of acknowledgment or eye contact. I was sent to pick up an order in an expired I asked if they could assist and they told me wait in line they're backed up they were very rude and unprofessional this is unacceptable. Absoutely the worst KFC I have ever been to. 100% my fault for returning to give them a chance. They close at 10:00pm 3 times I have arrived between 9:00 & 9:30pm to order my dinner, I work overnights, 3 times they have had no breasts or thighs, wings or wings and legs only and they want to charge the same price if you were receiving breasts and thighs. Tonight I ordered a 4 piece chicken only, the girls states we only have wings & legs. She then states the price will be cheaper and it will be adjusted at the window. So I ordered 3 wings & 3 legs. At the window a young man says that will be $18.55! An 8 peice bucket of chicken is only $19.99!!! This continues everytime I stop there, my fault entirely for believing KFC customer service would do anything about it. I have emailed 3-4 times always receiving the same responce. I'm not asking for anything but good polite service and for them to have the correct product up until they close. This KFC is a joke and absolutelty the worst I have ever been to. In spite of the negative reviews we tried this place tonight and are SO happy we did! The food and staff were excellent! Went at 4:30pm on Friday evening, to the drive thru, ordered a 12 piece crispy bucket meal with mashed potatoes/gravy and mac n cheese. Staff was polite and professional, everyone had masks and gloves on, the service was quick, my order was correct and the food was hot! Drove the 25 minutes home and it was still hot, no heating up necessary. The chicken was juicy and biscuits were fresh. Kudos to this location and to their management!!! The food was okay, but the atmosphere was absolutely horrible. My wife and I were sitting in the dining area and most of the employees were hollering at each other disrespecting another employee that wasn't present. They were judging her personality and work ethic. Come to find out the manager was in on that conversation as well. Hollering that the one employee was a good person in general, but would never want to not be able to work with her. The manager came out from behind the kitchen, seeing us looking, and then all became silent the rest of the time we were there. I was here just a bit ago and the food (not buffet) was pretty good. I mean it's pretty much just the same as all other KFCs I've been to. I would probably not dine in at this location ever again, but maybe just drive through. And you can read why I would not dine in here next. I would also advise everyone to check their orders before leaving, they seem a bit forgetful. This restaurant and its service was definitely not up to par. I know this is a fast food restaurant, but the people who work there is just stupid and rude. I was asked by the cashier for here or to go, so I said for here. Pretty simple right? No. I had to ask for a tray and plate... and utensils. Why weren't there utensils in the bag? Who knows. And they also forgot my mashed potatoes. The cashiers was like typical teenagers, rolling their eyes. It's your fault for being forgetful and can't get things right. That's why I have to ask for things, so why are you giving me attitude. The room for dine in is not completely awful. The salt shaker was wet but not the table... Which is very sketchy. If I would have used it then whatever on the shaker would drip into my food. Ew. Went on Saturday evening to pick-up food for the family. We had not been there in some time. Waited 30 to 45 minutes to get our order. The place was so understaffed and we get it. The wait was not the problem, it was the food. I threw the entire order away. $25 down the drain. The potatoes were watery and the gravy was water . The mac-n-cheese was lumpy and ice cold. The Colonel should take a close look at this franchise. This doesn't come close to their commercials. We had the "fill up" box. The only thing that was hot was the mashed potatoes. (They could use a better quality of instant potatoes). The chicken had been sitting in the warming box way too long and was dry. The tenders were even worse. When chicken is breaded properly the coating stays on the skin but when it's not done properly (and in the box too long) it just falls off. Oh the cookie was good! The fill up box is a good deal if everything is fresh but if not it wouldn't be worthwhile for free!! read more

I went in and was 2nd in line. The customer before me purchased the buffet. I thought the buffet needed attention and was unkempt. The cashier girl forgot to give the customer his silverware so the customer asked her for a set. The cashier was very rude about providing a set. The cashier was also rude to the two ladies behind me. I was wondering if she just hated questions or what. Anyway I would not try the buffet because it looked a little dirty and hap hazard. This resraurant is getting a 3 simply because I do like their food. I have often thought I would stop going because on drive-thru they screw up more so than getting them right. You would think now that they don't do grilled chicken anymore they have less choices to make. I just ordered tenders which always come with sauce, which I made sure they knew. Had to wait for a new batch of wedges (+) but I guessed that time erased their memories. Got home with no sauce, no ketchup, nada (-). Maybe I have finally learned that I can live without KFC. read more
