I like really thick milkshakes made with ice cream, but these ones tasted just like flavoured milk. I would have rather have had nesquick. And my pina colada was served with a lemon slice! So - the rest? Well, my bacon cheeseburger was huge but I wasn't really a fan. I just didn't enjoy it very much. It didn't say anything about sauce but it came covered in sweet BBQ sauce which I wouldn't normally have - add that to the sweet bread roll and it was just too much sweetness for me. My boyfriend got a chicken burger and I really wish I'd gone for that instead. The staff are very helpful too and service is very quick. There is a lovely quieter part of the restaurant that has only 3 of 4 tables to the right of the counter which is hidden away and is always quieter. I tend to sit there as with children you are tucked away so nothing to distract them from eating there dinner. The food is always really hot and well prepared, once I sent some chips back and within mintues they came back with a fresh portion that had just been cooked. There are very rarely any queues and there always seem to be staff tidying the restaurant, topping up the napkins and straws and emptying the bins, so it ensures the restaurant always looks nice. For a quick fast food dinner this is always my first choice as prices are very reasonable and the food is tasty and quick.

The staff have always been friendly and the order filled correctly and relatively quickly. The only complaint I have with this KFC is that in the summer when Newquay is busy it can be virtually impossible to get a seat. There are a few tables downstairs and a few more upstairs, but it is no where near enough most the time!
