Staff still walking around slowly doing stuff whilst the table next to us arrived 10mins after and were still waiting when we left at 4.05pm. So should give you a heads up as during their busy times you can feel like you are a prop in the tv show the chicken shop as you can get some interesting characters in here, but remember it's all about the food and whenever you have a large order they prepare the meals freshly for you! It may take 10 to 15 mins but the the results is worth the wait! We end up getting 8 spicy chicken burger meals rather than a bucket meal as it's cheaper to get burger meal here than their competitors like KFC! But the plus side is the drinks are in a can and there are a wide selection of drinks so no spillage in the car and there are large portion sizes of chips!

We bought 13£ worth of chicken but didn't ask for specific parts of the chicken, what we got were pieces of neck, which I'm sure were weeks old. When we brought the food back home, when I smelled it I gagged and my entire body shivered with disgust. The employees are rude and stare at you while you eat. They offered thighs chunks and breasts. I ordered the breasts. They came out super piping hot in a few minutes and they call your number to pick up. There is nowhere to sit down and there is zero ambience. You pick up your chicken and then you go eat it in the street outside. The breast is flattened and extra crispy and was definitely good. I would prefer a table to sit out but that's not the way Chinatown rolls. No matter what time you walk past this place there's always a line. Give it a go.
