HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I was disrespected so badly by Emily at this KFC location! My receipt was stamped @ 9:47 PM on May 16, 2026 with order ticket # 2170 and Emily was my cashier listed on my receipt. KFC upper management please look into this!! This is not how your staff should be treating your customers! So, I've never been to this KFC location before but when I pulled up to the order microphone I was immediately taken back about how rude Emily was treating me! She responds, "CAN I HELP YOU??!!" As if I'm bothering her! So, I responded, "Just a moment please I'm looking at the menu screen to decide". So, I ordered a bucket of dark meat chicken since they had no more white meat, a side of fries (since they had no more biscuits), a side of corn, a side of gravy, a side of mashed potatoes, and a side order of whtie meat chicken strips. After I completed the order I asked Emily to repeat the order back to me so I could make sure the order was correct. She instead yelled, "JUST PULL UP!!". I responded back, "Well, I'm trying to make sure the order is correct before I do". She yelled again, "JUST PULL UP!!". So, I pulled up and she abrupted opened the drive through window, and immediately noticed she was very irritated (tweaked) and slightly shaking and had that fake kind of nice talk but I knew deep down she was very pissed off. So, she quickly extended her arm out the window asking for my credit card... I replied back, "Before I give you my payment, can you please repeat the order back to me?" She was very reluctant and irriated but said my order back so fast to me that I still didn't catch everything she said. So, I gave her my credit card as the total was $41.42. She very rudely grabbed it out of my left hand! Moments later she opened the window and forced the bag of food out the window almost like she was going to throw it at me! So, I received the bag and asked for a receipt! Oh, boy! She gave me a very dirty look/attitude about that too! So, after she gave me the receipt I was looking in the bag and double checking the contents to make sure everything was there that I paid for...less than a minute later, she again opens her drive through window again and yells at me, "Is there something I can help you with? You can't stay here! We're being timed". I responded back, "What does that have to do with me!? I'm checking my order!" She said you have to leave then slams the drive thru window shut again. So, I looked in my rear view mirror and noticed nobody was behind me. I would've moved to a parking spot if someone was behind me. So, when I was satisfied with the contents inside the bag was correct I drove away. I will never come back to this KFC location ever again! Unfortunately marking this place WAY off my list! I ordered online and picked up inside, it was clean as far as I could tell and not a single person was eating in. Grabbed a 8 piece family bucket and sides Overall the sides were the stars, both the Cole Slaw and potato and gravy were good. That's all... The bucket of chicken was a total waste and joke so horrible, it seemed as if the chicken was sitting in the bucket for hours, the breading was falling off and it was so beyond greasy it was barely eatable. The chicken legs had missing meat on portion of the legs which I've never seen before. The biscuits were rock hard and dryer than a towel. This visit was beyond the norm; the cashier was super friendly and fairly quick despite the fact that he mentioned they were dealing with a wonky cash register. Typically they are rude as hell here, take forever, and typically tell you they're out of half the menu. So I was pleasantly shocked. Until I got home that is. They have had the $5 fill up boxes for what like, at least 4-5 years now right? they ALWAYS come standard with mashed potatoes, I never have to specify. SINCE WHEN DO THEY COME WOTH FRENCH FRIES. WHAT!? All I was looking forward to was my biscuit dipped in the signature mashed potatoes and gravy . (Not easy to say about a fast food restaurant!). This time around? Fuggetaboutit! Just plain nasty! I was told food would be ready by a certain time (no texts that it was ready earlier). Husband and I both had chicken strip meals and we were both very disappointed in the chicken. It was over cooked and so dry and hard. Seemed like they maybe refried it or something. Ordered food at 745 on a Saturday only to get a call from Wyatt telling me that he canceled my order because he had no chicken and if I had questions to call him. When I called him he told me there was no chicken and there would be no chicken, they were closing. He told me his general manager Angela knew they had no chicken and was fine with them closing nearly 2 hours early. He was unapologetic and kept telling me to call kfc.com if I wanted a refund. Stopped here after my child's gym to grab a quick bite to eat. We decided to grab two of those donut chicken sandwiches with the "fresh" donut. Well when I get home I open my food to find a hockey puck donut on rock hard chicken. I cut my chicken open to find raw meat. I threw it all in the bag and brought it back. When I asked to see a manager it looked like roaches scattering when the lights turn on. No apology or anything. Offered a food credit but I will never return to this disgusting establishment. They really need to get rid of that crew that they got in there and start fresh. Unbelievable the restaurant is empty at 5 p.m. and it takes over a half an hour in the Drive-Thru when you're the second car!!!! Great service every time but in the past two months I've been here twice and they didn't have biscuits. To add to that this time I order a $20 fill up they didn't have mashed potatoes either. I do have to say that every time I come in this store, the employees are friendly and smiling!!!! Stopped in tonite after a long day of work and just needed some tenders. They were still cooking but would be up soon. The cashier up front was so nice and happy. The tenders were really good and exactly what my kids wanted for dinner. The customer service is great. Keep up the good work KFC employees bc I would come there anyday just because of this. I've never had bad customer service from any of the employees there. So, I walked into the KFC in Chesterfield/New Baltimore today and , what appears to be the shift manager, is standing behind the counter with her eyes fixed on something on her clipboard. After a short wait, she finally says "Hello" without raising her gaze. It wasn't totally apparent she was greeting me but a quick check around my general area revealed we were alone. I happen to live nearby and I believe in supporting my neighborhood businesses. My family and I frequent this KFC so I've experienced most of the employees over the past few years. The saving grace was this young man who I've seen working often. He quickly took over from the manager, who hadn't yet made eye contact with me all the while. In a world where expecting the minimum courtesy is not a guaranty of even a mediocre experience, this guy is an anomaly. He has long hair but keeps it neatly tucked under his cap and is consistently friendly, upbeat and efficient! Honestly, he should get a raise and a promotion. He is exactly what any employer would be proud to have representing their company! 5 stars because of this dude! Well done and keep it up! read more

I went here and ordered a Chicken Little box, which consists of two chicken Little's, a cookie, a side, and a medium drink. I requested potato wedges as my side. I go up to the window and I'm greeted by one of the worlds snudiest people, not sure of his name, but he's young. And i got my order and it was soeley 2 chicken littles and a small mashed potato and my drink. I looked at my receipt and everything was right on it, so i told him what i actually ordered and said i still need a potato wedge and a cookie and a side of ranch instead of the mashed potatoes. So he takes the bag back and gave it back to me and i drove off, thinking it was all good. I looked inside while pulling out and it was just the two sandwiches and a small potato wedge. No cookie.
