guarantee this will become the new Popeyes. if you have been to that establishment in nacogdoches prepare for the same thing here. seems they've hired Popeyes old employees and it will absolutely be the same horrible place. Answer the phone! I never want to call and complain. I don't want my food to be messed with but tonight I could not take it. Drive 30 minutes home to find my original recipe cooked to smitherines. They won't pick up phone. Been calling for 41/2 hours now YOU GIVE KFC A BAD NAME!!! This ain't the first time y'all messed up. The tenders are always dry. The chicken breast in sandwich is dry! I never say anything but tonight I can't take anymore. I call and y'all don't answer and I usually give up. I'm not giving up tonight and I will call head quarters tomorrow. Just now got them to answer at 1030pm after closing and she the manager was very rude. The chicken is inedible and she said mam then call headquarters and I surely will. I've called y'all before when things weren't right but phones always off the hook I've never pursued this but tonight I was not giving up. That's what they want you to do give up. I went through the drive through and the "lady" , and I'm using that word loosely, was hateful and arrogant and very disrespectful. We went through the drive through last night, there was one car ahead of us and I believe the lobby is closed. We got to the microphone and was told "be right with you." We waited about eight minutes and finally person asked to take order. We ordered the holiday meal which is an eight piece with three sides. Was told for that it would be about a thirty minute wait, was that ok? Said no, and drove off. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes top to fry chicken so not sure why the thirty minute answer. I guess the cliche saying works here, did they have to kill and dress the chicken? read more

So, 7 months ago I had a very bad customer service experience and left without food after I had waited over an hour. I am pleased to say that the customer service was much better and the staff reported that they are under new management. I had my favorite, the hot wings with no sauce. The wings were hot and crispy. The biscuit was slightly over baked because it was also crispy, but the good customer service allowed me to forgive that. Hopefully the new management will keep things going well! read more

Tried the KFC here in Nacogdoches. It was wonderful. The chicken was was cooked perfect and the biscuits!!!! Also had potatoes and gravy. It was the same as most fast food restaurants except you don't get a choice on brown or white gravy which turned out alright cause my son loves it. I am more they fried okra person. This KFC is horrible! I love KFC's chicken but every single time I go to buy for our family of 7, they never have chicken. Most of the time if I want extra crispy I have to settle for original or if I want dark , all they have is white. I am constantly forced to buy from chicken express when we want to order to go. read more

Missing chicken, over cooked, don't waste your money..this place don't respect your hard earned money.

I waited for my food which they never called my order number out when I was the I ly customer and it had sat in the front for a while it wasnt until I went to get napkins when I noticed an order sitting there I asked if it was mine and it was. They supposedly had to cook my food but when I got it it had been cold. Several employees went to bathroom and left door open so I saw them adjust their hair and never washed their hands. I even saw them make food for drive thru with no gloves. Employees threw bags of trash across lobby. It was a very dirty environment read more

This KFC is the absolute worst!!!!!!! From the drive thru speaker to the window!! I ordered food on the app and was not sure if I ordered my sandwich with no mayo or not. Anyways, I asked the lady could she be sure that there was no mayo on the sandwich. I asked because of the allergy I have to the mayo. She informed me that she could not do that. So I asked again and she told me no again. I proceeded to the dt window and a guy just held the food out the window with his back turned to me. I was extremely pissed at this point. So I checked the sandwich and to my surprise there was mayo on it! I wanted to go back and make a scene but at that point I was already beyond pissed. Along with my sandwich I ordered a 3 piece chicken which was also terrible! The chicken had been fried in old grease (which I was confused because it was only 1pm!) I love fried chicken but rarely am I a fan of the fast-food fried chicken places. I must admit that I came here because one of my customers requested it. I needed two buckets of chicken and a couple dozen biscuits to feed everyone. I called them before they opened and spoke to the manager. I wish I could recall his name. He was very nice and helpful. He allowed me to place my order prior to them opening and then had it ready and waiting for me around noon when I arrived. He had cups, ice, plasticware, and plenty of napkins of me to take also. The only negative of the entire experience is that my chicken options were limited. They only have original and crispy chicken. They no longer have rotisserie or baked available. I would like to have a slightly healthier option when I come here but I guess they cater to the masses and the masses want everything fried. That might explain why the masses are massive. Oh, how I digress. Anyway, the customer service at this location was good. The food was good too considering where I was. I will come back here if my customers want it again. I can not give this place any stars because today I received the worst service at a drive thur in all of my 57 yrs of my life. First of all I waited in the drive thur (that was ok because they were very busy), then a waited at the intercom. No one ever spoke to me thur that intercom, no may I take your order or can you wait a few mins please, nothing. And since there was a sign on the intercom stand, half torn off. I debated should I keep waiting or maybe they are taking orders at the window today. After all they were very busy! Well the line moved forward with only one car at the window so I pulled forward, looking forward to placing my order since it was after 1 pm. Oh did I mention I was on a road trip, been traveling since 6 am! So I was looking forward to enjoying my food as I traveled on. Well I was mistaken because once I got to the window the young man said," ma'am I can't take your order because you did not order at the intercom."Well needless to say I was not a happy camper!! I was able to finally get the manager on the phone after calling three times a d getting busy signal. She tired to explain to me the issue all the while apologizing. But I'm sorry that is just not good business! They need to get the Colonel to order them a new intercom service! Then teach them the proper way to use it. Oh and by the way I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!! Ended up a had to give one star so I could post the review. read more

tried to pick up a door dash from this place and it took over 20 minutes for anyone to even get to us. they said they didn't have chicken tenders or fries or chicken sandwiches. next they said they didn't even have one of the orders. the customer service here is absolutely horrible. read more
