Even though I didn't call ahead to place the order (I was nervous about not speaking German, however that was silly as all of the staff I encountered spoke beautiful English), I was always in and out in under 15 minutes. As for service, the waiter was friendly but food took a bit to come out even though when we arrived there were only a few people there. It did get busy later on. They are attentive and professional. The atmosphere in the diner is lively as you would expect from an American diner, and although I've never been to a diner in America, it is everything that I would expect. From their music, to the uniforms the staff ware, culminating in the food. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the food in my opinion is outstanding. I have been to a lot of burger restaurants, and establishments claiming to be diners, however this restaurant has to be the most authentic I have visited in all of my time in Germany. It is for the reasons above that I would totally recommend this diner if ever you happen to be in this area. Assistant manager is an awesome guy.
