The food is fresh, a bit overpriced. The sauce is a little spicier than I like. The toast has no taste. The chicken tenders are decent. But based on the lack of quality customer service, it is not really worth the trip from Columbus. Later, during our visit, a male employee did come over and check on us. So, they attempted to save face a bit. I just think at this point I am done with this location. If I am close to another location, I may try them out to see if the customer service is better. However, the chicken is REALLY MOIST! One issue I have with someone chicken chains is too much breading to chicken ratio but this place does it right! For the first time eating here, I'd recommend the original and then add-on dipping sauces. We got a free serving of fresh made chips, in addition to our meal.
