I started with crispy artisan tortilla chips topped with freshly made guacamole. The cool, creamy guacamole was perfectly seasoned with red onion and cilantro. I accompanied it with a glass of Michelada, a traditional Mexican drink made with beer, lime juice, and peppers. I love the way the salt on the rim brings out the spices in the drink.
