If I could do less I would. My second time here in the year and 1/2 that I've lived here and why I came back instead of just going to Kroger, I have no clue. NO ONE in line. 2 cars outside. I ordered easily enough. Few people began dwindling in. 25 minutes and still not ready. REALLY?? Then they call the man who ordered after me and he had 3 boxes. I go up to the counter and when I inquire why so long, she tells me they were out of dark meat. I asked if they had to run down to Kroger to get more. She says it'll be 2 minutes. In the meantime the man who ordered after me went through his order and it was wrong. 6 people working in the store and they can't get it right. Never, I mean NEVER again.... The chicken I got was a hot mess. Oily, burnt and so crispy it was not edible in spots.....skin sluffing off. Bleeeech. read more

I went there at lunch and they gave me the opposite order and didn't give us drinks, and no napkins or silverware to eat with, with it being a drive thru you would think they would give you silverware or napkins if your on the go. They get a O rating. I ordered 12 piece extra crispy meal. Was told they were out of coleslaw on my sides., I said well give me fries, and corn and mash potatoes. When I got home I had 4 old dark thighs, 2 pieces original chicken, 1 chicken tender, and 5 pieces extra crispy, I was never told they were sub. chicken on me. The fries were over salted, we couldn,t eat them, the chicken was also over salted. Worst meal we have had from them , not a good meal for $31.11. read more

Every time I go here, I regret it. It's not rocket science. I give you an order and money. Then, you fill the order. I never request anything special. The least you could do is get the order in the bag. And then you don't include my receipt so I can prove the order is missing items. Add to that, no one picks up the phone there, no matter how long I let it ring. Absolutely a poor excuse for customer service. You've lost this customer and the other two who were with me. read more

I'm ashamed that we live in Kentucky and THIS is our local KFC. We go there occasionally, because the food is what we expect and my husband in particular enjoys it. But the staff could really use a seminar on basic politeness. They look annoyed that you've chosen their establishment, they frequently forget to include things in your order, and let's talk about spoons. You read that correctly. Spoons. I was once told that because I went through the drive thru that I wasn't allowed to have a plastic spoon. The spoons are reserved for those who dine in. If my eyes had rolled any harder, they would have popped out of my head. If I spend 20$ on fast food chicken, I deserve a plastic spoon. read more

I give KFC a 5 star review thanks to the foods being quickly available, the coleslaw is always cold, the chicken and biscuits are hot, and the staff is friendly. I love KFC, and always look forward to eating there, or bringing the hot foods and cold sides home. my wife stopped at kfc in Madisonville ky at 11:45 and was told they didn't have enough chicken to fill an 8 piece order!!! really!!! this is the third time we have stopped there and they didn't have menu items. Someone needs to wake up there or they won't have any business. They are not the only place selling chicken in town, country cupboard is right around the corner from there and they have all you can eat chicken on their menu. read more
